Lovely guest house, super welcome and team (owner and employee) lovely! in the center of Ella, all shops and station nearby, not far from little Adam's Peak, Nine Arches Bridge and Ella Rock... delicious and abundant lunches, homemade meals on request at the top prepared by the owner, all in a nice garden! thank you very much for your kindness and smile!

In the heart of the Ella Valley

Love this location, it is walking distance from the train station and popular Ella hot spots. Food is amazing and staff is amazingly helpful. Adorable dogs, beautiful garden area, filtered water and many spaces to hang out and talk, relax, read or play cards. Our huge family rented the whole facility and made wonderful memories here! Highly recommend

Ella 2022

Very warm home, impeccable service, comfortable room, very good restaurant prepared by the owner, charming garden where you eat, close to the centre and the train station.

Staying at Ella

The staff was friendly and helpful and the garden/courtyard was nice. The balcony had a lovely view, and the room had reasonable amenities such as a mini fridge. However, the construction of the room could have been better. The curtains didn't actually cover all the windows, so from some angles a person outside could potentually see in. More importantly, the bath fan/window wasn't well fitted and had some gaps. They had mosquito netting over the bed, but it would have been better to fill those gaps in case of insects.

I had booked this hotel for three nights from 10th to 13th Feb 2020. The hotel is in the heart of Ella town, very conveniently located close to public transport and dining/ shopping options. The room allotted to me was recently painted and smelly with bathroom faucets broken/leaking. On approaching the owner of the property she very graciously offered to shift us to Hotel Sun Breeze which is close by and belonged to the same owner.   This hotel was much better with a nice hillside view and good service. The staff was courteous and responsive.   The breakfast was nice and sumptuous with lot of choice. Overall a pleasant experience.

There are a lot of positives about this inn - spacious room, good breakfast, great location,  and good price.  Beds all had mosquito nets and the garden was ready peaceful.   Unfortunately we only stayed.one night because.of two negatives : unreliable wifi and no fan in the room (even having screens would have let cool air in from outside).  And btw, the blackout curtains do not cover the big glass door, so have a clip ready or wake up at sunrise.

Friendly staff, delicious breakfast, good location. We had a good stay. 
Quiet but can hear music from across the playing field. 
Note that the room have gaps around the circumference of the back and front wall, meaning we had a few visiting lizards!

Nice accomodation located on quiet street in main town Ella

We got three rooms, cheapest for the that area. Family run hotel. Very clean and spacious.  Although we had a good room my friends had rooms with no mirrors in the washroom, no tea-spoons for the tea(We had four in our room!).  Showers hot water could not control and too hot for them.  Need some maintenance.  No need fans, kind of cool at night.  Not too hot at day time.  Two young guys work hard to keep the place clean and tidy.  One guy helped us to get a good rate and gave some info also.  Lots of places to eat around.  Quiet area.  Comfortable beds.  Nice out side area to sit and relax, have a tea or read a book.  They have nice garden also.  And some friendly dogs!!
