What was good
Very convenient location, on Resort Avenue, the Murarium Museum, near the sea, etc.
What was bad
The dark, dark corridor, the inner courtyard.
Olga, thank you for the feedback. The entrance to the apartments is really through the inner courtyard, which was fenced and improved a couple of years ago. The building itself is a historical early 20th century, which is an object of cultural heritage of local (municipal) significance.

What was good
It's basically a typical little apartment downtown on a pedestrian street, a feeling of visiting rather than living in an apartment, and it's clean, comfortable for a family with a child, if you're not particularly demanding.
What was bad
The house is old, the entrance is dark without a code lock, the price is obviously too high, and it looks like the prices of the houses in Zelenogradsk are trying to catch up with the prices in Sochi.
Alexander, thank you for your feedback. I would like to clarify that the apartments you stayed in are located in a historic building of the beginning of the 20th century, which is an object of cultural heritage of local (municipal) significance.

What was good
Apartments are located in the center of the resort avenue, the most beautiful (not only in our opinion) streets of Zelenograd.
