Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The third bed is available upon prior request and is prepared specifically for the guest. It is equipped with a folding orthopaedic bed measuring 90×200 cm. The set includes a double all-season blanket measuring 145×215 cm, two pillows measuring 50×70 cm, bed linen and a set of towels.
In the period from 10.07.2025 to 07/20/2025, a planned annual shutdown of hot water supply is planned. For the indicated period, a storage water heater for 80 liters is provided for guests in the apartment, which ensures the full autonomy of the hot water supply system.
The flat is rented under a short-term flat rental agreement. The agreement is electronic. Contactless check-in.
