This place is located in the heart of the city and it has a beautiful terrace full of plants and a Japanese ambiance.

The photos on the site do not reflect the reality. We arrived late in the night and we didn't have big towels only small ones. The fridge was not clean and it wasn't functioning. We couldn't rest because we had our window above the hotel's terrace which was open till 1:00 am. The music was disturbing and we couldn't shut the windows (small windows) because there was no air conditioning in the room and it was warm inside.

The light inside the room was poor. 

The breakfast and the staff was ok. Even though we had the same breakfast two times in a row. We stayed for 3 nights. 

It is definitely not a 4 star hotel and I wouldn't recommend staying here only if you don't have other options and just for one night. 

Accommodation in Drobeta-Turnu Severin 

We’ve been there for few drinks, but when we asked for the bill we found out that the price menu was wrong and the real price was 2£ more expensive than the menu price. After several tries to communicate with our waitress (she was busy on the personal phone) we’ve discovered that it was our fault as we didn’t know the “computer prices”!!! They said that is our fault and we should pay the full price as is wrong in the menu. The waitress was raising her voice all these time during our dispute. Terrible service and we won’t recommend this place at all after this terrible experience!!!

Avoid as plague!!

It would be nice too, but it has too many things that are badly made and poorly maintained. There are no windows, only a skylight. The ceilings are high, but they put a LED light in the ceiling, which makes a punctual light completely insufficient, especially in the bathroom. The sink was mounted very high, the mosaic tiles were leaked even worse.

Project poorly executed

This is a three floor building. First floor used for caffee and hair salon, as well as receiption. The second floor is under construction, the third floor half under construction and other half is boxed into seven rooms. The rooms is ok, but bath room shower is broken, glass wall is gone, shower header fixer is broken,,, it seems the owner is too busy with too many things so no one really have time to take care of the motel business. By the way, it is a small twon so parking in front of motel is free.. by the way, internet is not working in room although the nice girl in front desk promised resetting

good location but not well managed

We were in transit, back from holiday abroad and choose the Zenti plaza hotel to spend one night. The personnel in the reception told us they only have an appartment for us (4 persons) even though we sow on Trip advisor there are 3 rooms available. Finally, we told them we can make online reservation if needed and they said is ok, they found two available rooms 102 and 104, at the second floor. The hotel have elevator. The bed was comfortable, but the only window in the room was in the ceiling, we could not open it and no air condittion as well. Luckily it was not that hot and the room is very tall. The bathroom have  shower and was clean and big enough.
The breakfast was good, we picked variants 1 and 4. What it was very strange for a hotel it was the mess at the first floor, no rooms but a whole floor full of everything, like they were changing the original destination, whatever it was. Also the main hall at the hotel entrance they have a dismemberred  motorcycle and looks like you enterred a garrage or something. Not expecting of such in a hotel. 

Acceptable for a night

Really enjoyed the place! The hotel was more than decent, the restaurant was pleasing and the music parties during the friday-saturday night was a treat for us. Young couples be aware, there's some party nights to enjoy ✌🏻️

Nice place, good vibe!

I can not expres in pictures my horrible experiente  thru pictures... No heating, no Breakfast,  no nothing.  Just few junk emploees without solutions. Despite I had 2 nights payd, i run away after first one!   don't go there!

All rooms have a small window in the ceiling, inaccessible . No air conditioning or ventilation system even further . You can't actually breathe in the room. The pressure is . Breakfast can be taken into account because it can not be eaten . All night rumbles music at maximum and you can not relax for a second . I caught two days of hot weather with a temperature of 40 degrees outside , the room was 50 and no air gram . Horror . I do not recommend for free. Better look elsewhere . Even the staff do not seem to notice .
