Let's go to the bedding that's from another age as well as the carpets that have seen this sliding down the aisle Very bad and practically non-existent lunch I've had to ask twice when we bring bread. Nobody says hello to breakfast We even feel like we're bothering 5 TVs, but not a lit table No table got rid of during Covid, we're asking about hygiene given the passage.

Price but not quality

This hotel is in need of immediate renovation. It's located on the main street, you can hear all the machines, the dirty tedium, never seen such a dirty shower.

Stayed one night, but...

Nice hotel, comfortable and clean, friendly and friendly staff! Large and clean room, newly renovated bathroom! Pretty good breakfast, served in a pleasant environment. Comfortable parking in front of the hotel! Good WiFi! Good quality/price ratio! I recommend them!

A welcoming structure

We returned to this hotel after about two years and our previous review is completely subverted. The hotel urgently needs maintenance. Water comes out from under the shower dish, the room we were assigned had a strong smell of smoke, the sink had cigarette stains. The shower antennas were not closing. The towels were stolen and the small shower canvas. The breakfast, with coffee from the poor quality machine, is scarce as an assortment, quantity and quality. The free parking but without body guard is protected by rooms, but, being in the area in winter a heavy fog, what protection is there?

Stay at the Phoenix Hotel in ARAD

It was a clean and smelly hotel. Very nice staff. The room has gotten a little old. The bathroom needed some repairs. The chromium was no longer chromium, the shower bin was no longer dirty but stained, tiles were splashed off. The prices of the minibar were already a little high. The bed was good. For the shower I felt I had to wait 10 minutes until the water was warm. The playground outside hadn't come down very much for older kids. But in general, a very clean hotel...

It was OK!

Just visited this hotel. I can say it's a very decent choise. It's not located downtown, far from shops and quite outside city.
However, for business travel or transit accomodation, it is perfect.
Clean, nice functional rooms, decent breakfast and food. Add also decent rates for rooms and you get a very good alternative.

So very...ok

I would recommend it for those who want to make a stopover to Bucharest. The staff are friendly and friendly. The spaces and the room are well furnished and functional.

Comfortable and welcoming

Location is good situated related to A1, rooms are poor and oldies, but very clean. They should invest some money if they want to deserve the price offered for renting rooms.
The staff are kind and friendly.

Clean but it s poor for 3* hotel

above average for a three star pension. Rooms are clean and large, restaurant offer great food for very decent prices, staff is the best at this place! Very helpful, friendly and supportive. 
Located close to the Hungarian boarder we use this place frequently when traveling to Vienna etc... and get an upgrade whenever available :)
