Pessimo, it looks like a place under renovation, dirty, staff talking out loud, disturbing until 5:00 in the morning, they made us charge for breakfast and they didn't give it to us, sets of towels for one person, shower that feeds the bathroom...

Without booking, we got two rooms. Both were equipped with a weak air conditioning. At 36 degrees Celsius, I just expect more. The owner and their employees were really trying to make our stay as comfortable as possible. There's no breakfast, but I think something is already in the planning stages. In the rooms there was a roll of paper, housekeeping probably no one, because the empty roll wasn't replaced by a full set. Uncomfortable. There was no mist in my suite. The air conditioning was created before me, the room was very spacious with a winding cup (t!) in a sleeping cup, but I love everything, and everything was warm. Interesting experience

It s a nice place to stay, close to the center of Arad. The owner is really a nice guy and it s trying to make your stay a really good experience. You will fall in love with the building. They just started a new management so I can say they are just starting, the confort there is good, it s a clean place. I really hope you go there, I highly recommend. They will gonna make a perfect place, I truly believe that. 😊😊

This place is worth it

What a wounderful opportunity to let you know something about this "Hotel". 

I was hosted for 7 days there and nobody replace toilet paper, bed sheets, towels and neither use to clean our rooms. 

Moreover: manele music in the early morning and people shouting at the all in every moment of day, life e night. The pity was that who made such mess was the "owner" and his "personnel". 

Cherries on the top: I was at the telephone with some friend at the lobby at 5:00 pm talking in a very quiet way without disturbing nobody (5:00 pm, Jesus...). The owner or manager - doesn't matter - texted to my friends that hosted me there saying that I disturbed I don't know who. After, I said (in Romanian), that if he should have some problem with me, I'm not a baby and he could talk with me about it. He vomited some words around (in a Romanian dialect, I'm proficient in Romanian) and started to mock me. The day after, same story but I warned him to do it again and the situation returned under control.

In a nutshell: there are other pretty Hotel to choose in the great city of Arad. This kind of Prison in disguise of Hotel, you better avoid. 

It's a pity for a Great City like Arad and a Great Country like Romania.

A pity for Romania to have this kind of mess as hotel...

They tried to give us a room that was overpriced from the one we agreed on, Euro 22 per couple, no sheets, mattresses with springs, it rained in the room and in the hall.

Disaster

I noticed for 10 nights in this hotel and the only advantage it had was the fact that the staff were quite friendly (leaving aside the fact that no one of the staff knew a minimum of English and so we had to express ourselves through gestures), the rooms were small, uncomfortable and not well cleaned.

Friendly but poor quality staff at the hotel

Hotel quietly located, windows not to the street, but to the large airy hall, but not a disadvantage, because therefore absolutely quiet. Good air conditioning, perfect WLAN and TV. The large lobby is reminiscent of old movies, comfortable beds and original furnishings: downstairs living room, upstairs bed. Bathroom also OK, shower and toilet clean. Absolutely recommended for low budget and short time.

Sure not a Hilton, but cheap and central and charming.

It's not a 3-star hotel and it's not even a 1-star hotel!! It's not air-conditioned (they gave us a fan), it's not clean (when we entered the room we asked for a new cleaning and a change of sheets), it's not sunlit because the rooms have a window next to the front door and at night you can't breathe, not to mention privacy, the uncomfortable bed, we practically couldn't sleep because the mattress was so old that you slept on the springs, no no no no! I don't recommend it to anyone!

To be Avoided

Booked online, when we got there, I found previous person hair on my bed, receptionist changed our room, but the next room was the same, air was not working, old toilet and shower, only small towels, no soap, one word, Disaster, do not go there.

a nightmare producer, small rooms without windows and fresh air, a strange hacienda style construction with all the doors toward the reception and transparent glass doors for the rooms.
