They offered me breakfast in the room and didn't fulfill it, knowing that my flight was early and had coordinated the day before to get me a taxi at 7:30 AM and they agreed to bring breakfast at 7 AM.

Bad service is needed.

Large, clean and comfortable rooms in a normal hotel but that's great for Huánuco.Simple breakfast included in the consistent fare of coffee and juice, bread and fruit or coat or cheese that interchange for days.It's fine if you visit the city.

Very good for Huanuco.

Accommodations and bedding are impeccable. Care from Miss Johanna, very kind, serviced, kind, very attentive. Breakfast buffet quite good. Hotel very quiet, for people who have a light sleep I always recommend the interior rooms. Of course I return.

It maintains the excellent quality of care, the cleanliness of your room, impeccable bedding and its performance.

The attention of all staff is very good, everyone is kind and attentive to your needs, the hotel is very clean, everywhere they publish about the compliance with the Covid protocols but unfortunately the guests do not place the lids inside the hotel and even outside and the hotel staff should remind them that we are in a pandemic, unfortunately they have chosen to serve breakfast in the rooms and no longer buffet as before, between 7:30 and 9:00 am you knock on the door to leave the breakfast consisting of a papaya juice and two loaves, either rolled up or sealed, this is the only place that the hotel now serves and modifies because if they do so they should avoid crowding of people in the living room where the personal lids of the hotel are being filled so that the hotel buffet says that they have nothing to do without the Covid protocol, and the hotel buffet says that the buffet does not have to meet the whole package, as the hotel says.

Some changes are not so favorable.

I have been recommended this Hotel in Huánuco and I really think it is a very good option for staying.The hotel is very well located just half a block from the main square of the city.It is modern, very clean, its rooms are spacious and very comfortable, the bathroom is impeccable.The attention is good and has a good breakfast included in the price.It has internet access.The prices are affordable considering the amenities offered by the hotel.I recommend it.

An excellent option for staying at home.

We were here for one night. The staff were very hospitable, friendly and helpful, helping you to make your stay enjoyable. We had a rental car and we could put it in a guarded garage a few meters from the hotel. The room was spacious as well as the bathroom. Everything was clean and comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked very well. Restaurants near the hotel, easy to get to on foot. There is an elevator and we help you pack your bags. Also, as the hotel is located in the city, we were afraid of noise at night but everything was very quiet. Since we only stayed one, we can't say more.

It's comfortable

This was a very nice surprise in the city of Huanuco with this very nice hotel in the central location. It has an elevator which is very convenient. The rooms are clean and spacious and the beds are very comfortable.  The bathroom is modern and spacious. 
 I give it five stars.

It is a modern hotel with an imposing hall.The service is good, they are friendly, they have a buffet breakfast, large and comfortable rooms, with elevator, refrigerator and service to the single room of drinks (gas and beer).Unfortunately it does not have A/C (but it does have a powerful ventilator) and they do not have a restaurant so you should dine outside (less than a few meters away there is a very good stone restaurant).

Located very close to the armoury, the hotel is quiet and above all clean, if you go for business it is a quiet place to relax.

Limpio and Centrico

The rooms are spacious and clean.You have a freezer available to store to buy.The breakfast is neither good nor varied (just causing me to drink coffee and with the just bread).The guest computers don't work well (lenses, if hung up) and the printer is poorly maintained.
