It is ‘A HOME AWAY FROM HOME’. One of the best hotels with amazing staff who are very friendly, professional, and very helpful. They go out of their way to ensure that their guests have a comfortable stay and attend to their guests’ every small requirement. From the Hotel manager to the reception staff and the House-keeping boys just team-up as one family and leave no stone unturned until their guests are at ease. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, with an excellent view. It is away from the noisy city, with utter quietness, and very convenient and well located with supermarkets & restaurants in walkable distance. I highly recommend this Hotel which is indeed a wonderful experience. The guests are pampered and addressed by their names, noting down their smallest requirement. It is indeed worth noting that the staff have an eye for every tiny detail of the guests and a proper hand-over is done, not to miss out on anything. At a point, the manager even went an extra mile to buy a mosquito bat in order to tackle the issue of the swarming mosquitoes in the hotel, due to weather-change, which was really very touching. They take the guests’ problems as their responsibility and try their best to resolve it. It is their ever willingness to help the guests, that makes staying in this Hotel, a very unique experience. I strongly recommend this Hotel and feel all should experience this themselves.
