We stayed in room 10 with a travel group on September 6, 2023. Our group occupied all the rooms in the hotel. In some rooms, the smell of sewage was overpowering. The front desk clerk handled the problem by putting something down the drain and leaving a can of air freshener in the room. We thought that was bad until my husband was shocked when he touched the metal valve in the shower. Several electrical outlets were falling from the wall in other parts of the room. The following day we were told repairs had been made, but there was no evidence they were done. We requested to be moved, but there were no other rooms, so we had to go to another hotel. The pool was dirty, and it appeared that there was a lot of deferred maintenance.

Amazing experience. Hidden gem, we had the most delicious dinner and best harira soup ever! Breakfast was amazing too. Our waiter Mohammed was so kind and fantastic with our children. He explained us loads about life in the desert, being a beréber and local traditions. We fell in love a bit more with Morocco thanks to him. 

Amazing dinner and great service 

The place was hit by the earthquake, so we were quickly relocated to this house. It is located completely on the edge of the place in an environment that we would not trust in the dark. Old house, not renovated for a long time. Our room is quite small, but with a decent bathroom with a large shower and plenty of storage space. Of this there were hardly any in the room, not even a cupboard, but for one night we could live out of the trunk. Theoretically, we could sleep at night temperatures with the windows open, which was unnecessary, but staff were ready to do, because obviously every living dog in the place was barking like crazy, so it was not all too loud to enjoy the AC. There is a pool, but not all the fridge was left out too early, so we could enjoy a nice view of the glass of wine, and we could even enjoy it for half an hour, because of the quality of our breakfast and dinner.

Difficult Times for the Area

The room is not very clean, breakfast is poor, tables are dirty and greasy, staff is not very attentive, dinner with the usual soup and fried chicken, all very spicy, too bad because the riad is nice, the rooms are spacious, but sometimes it's not enough.

Appearance is not enough.

The Riad structure is very nice and the furnishings very neat the rooms are spacious the dinner was excellent the breakfast was good and abundant the staff was kind and generous it's a shame the cleaning of the rooms you leave wanting all in all I feel like I would recommend it

Highly recommend

Terrible experience. Would have (did) pay to leave. Air conditioning did not work for the entire building and staff were rude and lied about it. When we arrived, someone had used the toilet without flushing and the place was filthy. The rooms had glass doors which you could see straight into if you were not exact about pulling the curtains across for, which were really annoying. The safe was not secured in the room so anyone could have walked out with our valuables. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

We spent one night in Riad Tama in Quarzazate. The Riad is really beautiful and peaceful. An oasis  of greenery and flowers. Our room was really spacious, with comfortable beds and amenities for our shower. We had hammam and massage at the spa, which was very relaxing after the long hours in the bus! The dinner was delicious with local products and so was the breakfast next morning! Would go again! 

Amazing 5 days in the desert of Morocco

This hotel is just fabulous I highly recommend The place is beautiful with the most pleasant and an extraordinary roof terrace with a very good location.

That's great.

The facilities are great and the staff is very attentive, however, it is so hidden that you can't do anything outside of it. It is located in a neglected area with nothing interesting. If you go without a car it is impossible to find entertainment outside the spa. Inside you can find everything you need.
