No matter the climate of the apartment, in the retailer you want to charge more than just to check the prices of the apartment if it is old without maintenance its main attraction is the pool of waves does not work, the schedule of the slides is very short should be when there is no room and closes very early.

Very expensive night stays as they do not include food, do not have room elevators, nor do we have access to any of the areas provided, lack of light at night in the reception area and do not compete in the reception expansions or room service.

Lack of all-inclusive packages

The rooms are old, so I've been waiting a little longer, the weather is not right once I've logged in and I feel warm, the TV doesn't work for two days, there are no elevators in the building that we're in, so if someone has difficulty walking or moving, wheelchair users or an adult, it's going to be difficult to get to the room, unless there is availability of the rooms that are just outside the parking lot, which makes me think it's not right.

Estates make it complicated and facilities neglected.

The place has potential, but it needs a complete renovation.

bedding sheets and towels were dirty, had some questionable stains!bugs in the kitchen area, rooms and facility not updated at all.

It's not the resort's fault that we had bad weather, but everything is.Unfriendly receptionist to start with.Then the room didn't even had a chair and we were told that's normal - what hotel room doesn't have a chair???Next problem was there were not enough outlets in the room.And then the beds, unless you like super hard ones you are in for an uncomfortable night.

Big disappointment

For families looking to stay a week, be warned that there is no guest laundry. There is one laundry service place you can use in the town you of Santiago. The indoor pool and  hot tub are a great feature but they really need to be cleaned more regularly (visible dirt on the pool walls, lots of murkiness and hair in the hot tub).  Beds aren’t really that comfortable either. Seeing past those things, we still enjoyed our stay and may return because it’s only 35 minutes to Monterrey. Also, we were there for the week leading up to New Years and all the slides were closed, so we would like to try it out when the slides and more than one restaurant are open. 

Has good potential but needs maintenance and upgrades

Excellent slide facilities, main pool with spas for seniors to help them safely join the pool, rest of excellent children's pool, very modern gym area.

Bahía has very good facilities and restaurants. Not all swimming pools are currently in operation but those that are enabled are well maintained. The room has WIFI so I could also carry my entertainment device to continue consuming my series during the night. The rooms have a refrigerator and microwave in all their presentations. If you are not a member the cost can be made high as a standard room in the holiday season can reach a price of about $4,000 per night a standard room.
