In the category of hotels in Minatitlan I would put it in the 4th place, just to sleep and not expect much, the rooms are very humid, the bathroom is passable, the attention is good and centric.

Little but necessary.

Although the staff is super friendly and with a good attitude of service and lack of hotel maintenance, buy good towels and bathroom items of better quality, they give you breakfast that is affordable but I insist only for one night😁 it has a pool service until 11pm.

Only to spend one night.

Before the change of administration it seemed like a good hotel, and there goes the reason I say it, the internet in the rooms does not arrive, if the signal is lost, the room is spacious but not equipped with hot water, the breakfast included consists of a Mexican egg with 3 tortillas and an atoll of fries, accompanied by juice and coffee, the pool was so dirty that it even had marine fauna, even cockroaches swimming in the nest.

As a hotel buyer, don't waste your money.

To be a 4-star hotel, it lacks a lot of attention, as well as the lack of hygiene of the place.The only thing that can be rescued is the pool, although also dirty... we only stay one night and get out of there.

Asco of place.

It's not really a luxury hotel, some rooms (for logistical reasons I change rooms 4 times) are slightly deteriorated, i.e. running water keys or very noisy climates. The breakfast buffet is normal, nothing extraordinary. the part that I liked was its friendly staff, it's clean and its pool area, every afternoon it gave me a nice chapuzon without people and nobody to molest.

La Alberca is what I mean.

Complete with everything necessary to spend a few business days in the city, very important that it has parking as most hotels on this avenue do not have it, the TV although it is LCD is a little small, just a small detail...

We are traveling thru the area and found this hotel by accident. Unfortunately for us they do not speak English and our Spanish is very limited. But, they were very patient and helpful! We were allowed to view 2 rooms before deciding on the Junior suite which was only a couple of dollars more. Both rooms were very clean, fresh white linens, flat screen tv & AC. Although parking is street side only, we were able to park right below our room window for our peace of mind, but the hotel seems very safe & quite. The pool was unavailable as it was drained.There is road noise from the busy street in front, but not to bad. Breakfast buffet is included in the morning which always helps make a hotel bill seem worth the money!
