We enjoy this hotel when we have to overnight in Comitan, it is clean comfortable and so very cheap. The bed is very comfortable and it has all the basics we need. The room is a comfortable size, not a tiny tight space. Inside covered secure parking, which is essential for us.

The restaurant service was bad. The service hours were off and they couldn't offer it anymore because they were smoking. This is not possible!!! Very bad!! If you can't. Offer these services until the set time, don't have them.

Psimo is the name of the game.

 It has a good price in terms of quality, despite arriving late at the hotel, they attended us and took us out of trouble, the rooms are very modern, clean and new, the beds and pillows are very rich, in short as a first and last option if I recommend them 🏻

Excellent hotel and service.

The hotel is well located, comfortable and functional, the staff is very attentive, the rooms have all the amenities, internet, cable, etc. and with a bed King size, in general, to spend the night is quite good enough.

Comfortable and functional.

The best, its location is the best and the facilities are new and modern. The best wifi and air conditioning in this city no one else offers. It has valet parking, the service and attention is unparalleled, make you feel at home. The truth is that it will improve your expectations and the price is super affordable for what they offer.

Excellent Hotel with the best location

The word express defines exactly the hotel. A very comfortable hotel to rest on the way. We stayed one night on our way from Guatemala to Tuxtla Gutiérrez. It is a hotel with a comfortable bed, nice facilities, internet. I especially liked the fact that the rooms are well insulated from noise. We stayed in a room on the side of the street and the noise of the vehicles is not heard. It is a little far from the square and the old part of the city, but in an excellent spot for travelers.

Good option for express hotel

'Express' fits it well, it seems a touch impersonal and business-like. But it's clean, comfortable and very easy to find.  It's main-drag location makes it perfect for getting in and out of Comitan quick, which is what I think most people will want. Our back-facing room was quiet enough. Great for seeing all the wonderful lakes and falls around Comitan. Not a good town for finding a decent restaurant. 15 min walk before there are any signs of life, around the central park. The local specialties run heavily to grease, lamb and organs. Very interesting, I'm sure, if your stomach can handle it... Plumbing created some weird smells and puddles, and I just don't like carpeted hotel room floors - but the room was well equipped and the beds were comfy.

Decent, and good location.

We were in Comitan for only one day and needed a nice clean place to spend the night. Our driver pointed us here and we were very happy to have found this place. Again, the room is very spacious, free wifi for the kids, breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly. If we were back in town this would most definitely be in our list of options!

Great place to spend the night!

This is a well-located, very nice hotel.  Free parking, free wi-fi and an in-room safe.  Rooms are large, carpeted and very comfortable.  Love have a nice clean carpet---cold tile just doesn't do it for me in the bedroom.  After checking two other hotels--one cheaper with tiny rooms and one more expensive with a smaller room and musty smell, we were delighted to check in to the Tierra Viva.
