Beautiful hotel although not sure about the 4 stars. Our curtain in the room needed hooking up was undone at the end. We accidentally dropped a glass on the balcony we cleaned it up as best we could but was missed by the cleaners. So they don't clean the balcony. We had a late flight on departure day and was told there was a shower room where we could freshen up. There was but also a que to use it and we had to leave a deposit for the use of a towel. Food was delicious and although there was a choice there was never any chips and the only fresh fruit they served at breakfast was melon.apples and oranges and bananas. The location was brilliant just a 2 minute walk to the bus station. All the staff were superb so friendly and welcoming. Need to mention Bindo in the restaurant so pleasant he sought us out every meal time to ask how we were. Overall my husband and I had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay there again.
