Hi, we went for holidays with my partner this July and booked a room in Zalias Namas. Room was really big and clean. Hotel is not really far from the city center and not far from the beach. Our booking was i cluding breakfast from 9 till 11 but when we come about 10 o'clock for breakfast it was not really to eat. Exept that fact everything was normal.

The hotel is not in the centre of the city, which makes it possible to feel the calm atmosphere of Palanga.

Great place to stay for a day or two.

The hotel staff are attentive, non-invasive and are pleased to respond to requests (give cups, take the ordered lunch to the room) without additional fees :) Coffee at a restaurant with affordable prices - many times noticed that passers-by stopped by the menu and stayed for lunch. Kitchen without special tastes, but tasty and saturated:) By the way, tomorrow at this hotel at a lower price than the rest of the room :) Plus, there's not enough room for children in the hotel.

Rooms untidy, dust under the table, beds. Not proper working blinds, old tv set, no wi-fi. No opportunity ro pay with credit card, no breakfast or other meals at hotel. Rooms warm, big bathroom. With child is convinient, but it is far from the sea.

Big rooms, untidy, service average.

This was a convenient and pleasant place to stay with large comfortable andodern rooms. We liked it but would not stay again as breakfast was not included. This was probably a good thing as the dinner in the restaurant was terrible. Bland food and hopeless service- i was served the whole meal twice - and poor value. 

The owners said that the restaurant is sub let.  this is a shame as the hotel staff were friendly and helpful but the reatauant detracted badly from the overall experience.  

Lovely hotel but avoid the restaurant

This hotel was about a ten minute walk from the main pedestrianised strip-Basanavichus Street. We got breakfast every morning on the front terrace of the hotel-beautiful! On the mornings that we were too late for breakfast -the owner Olivia gave us plates+cutlery, for things we had bought in the shop. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very very friendly. There are a number of shops/off licences near by. One night we were able to rent the downstairs swimming pool+sauna. We rented it from 11pm-2am. We were able to take in our own food+alcohol...Brilliant! I would stay here again.
