Clean and pleasant room although minimal floor space with the kids bed up but we knew that would be the case. Has a great shower, and a bath. Fridge for putting food and drinks. Hangers by the door. The toilet was noisy at night as when you sit on it sounds like a printer starting up (although now we’ve travelled a while most Japan toilets do that). When you stand it self flushes so no trying to be quiet and not flushing wees. As we’re in a city, sirens are loud outside even on 10th floor so recommend ear plugs. Lift first up to floor 14 (reception) then change lifts to get one to your room floor. Good for security. Breakfast was delicious. We didn’t realise you had to pre book the western food so tried the Japanese breakfast which was delicious. Would have been useful to know when checking in though that you had to preorder western breakfast. Overall we were super happy with the hotel. Great location just a 15 minute walk from Tokyo JR station. Planning to stay here again at the end of the holiday. Great value of money.
