My family had a great stay at this hotel and we are glad we chose this location. Everything about our stay was top-notch, from the rooms, to the service at the front desk and taxi area, to the restaurant. The front desk was exceptionally helpful, assisting with shipping luggage to our Kyoto hotel and to Haneda. But the best part was the views of Tokyo Tower from the restaurant, which were spectacular. The breakfast was amazing. We visited the Ginza Edition and it looked nice but felt cramped in comparison and lacked the views and the feeling of grandeur of the Toranomon location. I would enthusiastically stay here again.
