The hotel is owned by a lovely elderly couple. The frontdesk is handled by the wife, she's very fluent in English and is all smiles. She even turned back and greeted us good night after she went off the elevator. The twin room was quite spacious for Japanese standards and it was very clean. Just be wary of the time of availability for the facilities. It's better to use the toilet and shower rooms late at night so you won't be competing with fellow travellers. The stay in time was short though, check in is at 4pm and checkout is at 9am. Nagoya Station is a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Will definitely stay here again.
