We just got back from a white week... we stayed in this hotel we are three families with teenage boys, there are no words to describe the kindness and hospitality we found... right away at the reception they welcomed us with sympathy and kindness Federica and the other guys... excellent food animation top but our thanks go above all to Carmine and Raffaella who cocked us for the whole stay (especially to me who have food intolerances) thanks thanks thanks thanks thanks thanks we will be back for sure...

We stayed at the Zodiaco Hotel for a week, we found ourselves very well...excellent position to reach the ski area directly while staying out of confusion, excellent services offered, excellent quality price ratio. A special thank you to Martina and Haitem among the room staff, kind and very present, and to the animation guys Desiré Lara and Tommy who entertained us and, above all, our children!! highly recommended!!

Great for families.

We spent our first white week for the new year (from 26 December to 2 January) and it was a beautiful experience! The hotel is a dated pool, but the staff is friendly and welcoming, the room is clean and quite comfortable. The hotel is well connected to the ski slopes which are ideal for those who are starting out skiing like us.

White week for New Year's!

We stayed at this hotel during the New Year's week. The choice of the hotel was dictated by the fact that we already knew the Costa Vacanze club and, as planned, we were not disappointed. We welcomed as always the kindness and cordiality of Federica and Claudio, two special people who came to our heart already this summer. The hotel is located right next to the ski slopes, very convenient for those who choose to do the classic white week. We, not skiing, decided to choose it as a support point to visit the beautiful buildings of Trent and the new hotel. We visited however the tracks from our exhibition hall and the ski slopes from a deep water garden that are easily reached in 5 and 10 minutes thanks to the new bus service that is always brought to the old Vissette and the beautiful Vissette side of the hotel.

It's beautiful.

We were guests from 11 to 13 March 2022. The location of the hotel is happy, to get to the slopes you have to walk about 50 meters and a staircase of 49 steps. In 4 minutes on foot, starting from the ski room inside the structure (great convenience to change and park shoes and skis at the end of the day!) you arrive at the first seat of the beautiful comprensory of Mount Bondone, with wonderful wide slopes and within reach of all the skiers. The room in which we stayed was pretty, simple but clean. We used the half-pension. Breakfast varies and normally, sinful for the absence of bread.

After two years we returned to this hotel where we found the usual hospitality. All the staff members are exceptional making this place familiar. It is true that the hotel definitely needs some renovations and certainly to improve the kitchen but this year to make the stay pleasant was definitely a new entry. MARIA a massage therapist from 10 and praise. I was positively impressed by her kindness but above all by her experience The environment is pleasant, clean, neat and quiet. As an interpreter I can say that I have never tried such a satisfying and pleasant massage A real regenerative.

It's a fixed stop.

This is the third year we've been back and this year we haven't been disappointed. For the first year we've used the residence formula which for a family group is the best choice. Always good and abundant food, kind staff and always available for anything, spa, entertainment, pub, bus stop and ski rental in front of the hotel, side lifting facility, conventions with ski school and Trentino Card complete everything.

There's no nurses and doctors, and then there's all the looks of an 80s hospital, except for a place so dirty I think I've never seen it, the toilet paper in the room used by previous clients, dust boots everywhere, the bar was colder than outside and the socks were in awkward hygienic condition, eating no comment.

Never again

Friendly and friendly reception staff Clean room with hot water but with dated and very low-quality furnishings (a room you would expect to find in a 2-star hotel perhaps). Food quality and part of the staff below expectations.
