Overall stay was good considering we were in low season. We had to carry up our luggage the elevator was not working.

Very close to the beach. Lovely people at reception. Clean. We travelled with our 5 year old daughter who enjoyed the pool.

The proximity to the beach is a plus. What is not good is that the lift is not working and the bathrooms need refurbishing.

The friendly and friendly staff, very good as a hotel especially clean. the location of the hotel facing the sea moves you very easily because there are buses nearby.

Hotel Sant'anna Rimini

The property was dirty, the sheets and blankets were stained, the staff were rude and rude. I booked through booking and nothing matched the description on the website. On arrival, a week after I stayed at their house, the property cancelled my booking saying first that the credit card was not valid and then that I did not show up. Too bad I have the invoice issued by them and the debit on the bill!

That sucks!

In June we booked a wedding room for the last week of July. Everything seemed to go well until 5 days before departure we were notified of a problem with the piping of our room; we were told that since there were no rooms available in this hotel, we would be transferred to a hotel in Paris LIVELLO to the one we had chosen. 5 days after departure we had decided to FIDARCI blindly from the owner, entrusting us to the Villa Vera. From the photos the Hotel did not seem to be disastrous but on the day of departure we were told SCONCERTATI for what we saw was different:

Unprofessional owner

The staff was very friendly, usually using very polite ways. Many times despite the need for someone at the reception, no one was present (once the lady forced us to wait an hour because we had problems with the room keys, but she could not help us as it was time for dinner outside).

A nightmare

I've come here with Scuolazoo and we've been treated like animals, constantly blaming ourselves for something different. I'd never go back there!

They don't know how to live.

When we finally managed to track them down, we were told that if there were any further problems with the credit card (used with them in previous nights) they would contact us again. We NEVER got any phone calls and after a few days, at the end of the departure, we received the cancellation of the booking. After several phone calls where no one answered we were able to talk to the owner who had actually proposed a hotel much further away from the center of Rimini than Sant'Anna.
