91 reviewsThis agriculturismo is located on a hill just behind Cartentini. The small road to the house is amazing, covered on both sides with orange trees, and multicolore flowers everywhere (in May, not in summer I suppose). The agriculturismo covers a widely spread area. The house is situated centrally. From there it connects to the small 'zoo' (with many kinds of chickens, roosters, birds, gooses, goats, dogs, peacock, horses, etc.) At the other end you'll find the swimming pool with shading facilities. The house consists of 5 rooms. The house and rooms used to be a former farm. Nowadays it functions as guesthouse. The old shed details are well kept. The rooms are well, good equiped and each room has an individuel frontdoor to the garden and alley/corridor and playground. Breakfast (simple, typical Italian) is served in the central restaurant.The hostess will make sure you won't lack anything. Fress eggs, cookees and cheese will be provided. From the agriculturismo it is a good base to reach Catania or Siracusa (approx 30 minutes) We had a great time and many thanks to Partrizia and her staff to make it a perfect holldiday for us.
