The location is excellent! Just 800 meters from the station and 600 meters from the center! For the rest room and bathroom clean but very essential the space is very small considering 4 people and luggage! I expected something better!

Christmas shopping

The guesthouse is only a few minutes away from the city centre and has a great location for a short visit to Bozen. The parking lots in the area are almost exclusively for residents. We parked in the large central parking lot around the corner. It's just over 5 minutes on foot. The furnishings of the room are convenient and perfect for one night. The bed was folding and really comfortable for that. There is also a small kitchen and a refrigerator. The bathroom is quite small but sufficient. Cleanliness was perfectly okay. Across the street is a museum. There was a relatively large amount of activity even during the week and it was very loud. So it helps just to have a drink on the night and go to the booth or a breakfast, because it's easy to sleep with a good view. The view of the river is also perfect for everyone to walk away with. The view of the river is also great and the location is perfect for walking along the river.

It's great.

A small, clean and comfortable single room. Inside the room there is a table and two chairs, a closet with a small kitchen inside, with fridge and dishwasher and two small balconies. The comfortable bathroom, with a nice shower and very much appreciated the courtesy kit. Located a few minutes from the center and the train station, a real convenience. As well as the automatic check-in, a pleasant and comfortable choice. I will definitely return, very satisfied.

I've been knocked out.

Since the review is now being requested, then here it is: the place is convenient and the price is affordable compared to the other structures in Bolzano, that's all. It would only be enough to pay attention to maintenance and take care of the customer. The rooms facing the Museion are really small and sincerely the smaller terrace could be used as space for the table and chairs since the room is equipped with a small kitchen.

Poor maintenance and attention

Although the staff who manage it (Booking Bolzano) is kind, affectionate and well-prepared; these, however, welcome for the punctual check-in and in a nice space, so they inform in detail about the methods of access to the facility practically automated, that is, without staff on site and then use of digitized modes. The facility presents of a beautiful appearance from the outside, in the central area but outside the chaos so quiet. Inside clean. The room is however very small, rational, with spare furniture (or bed or couch) without a space to store the minimal cabinets with appliances in a washing machine.

It's just enough.

It made a good impression on me. It was small but cozy and clean. But I must say, there was an attachment on the door where to put the coats if they were washed.

The Christmas Market

It's a small apartment with all the comforts, although it's rather minimal. The proximity to the center is its strong point. As soon as we arrived we were caught up in the discomfort of not having parking nearby. With 16 euros more we took advantage of the facility's parking lot. A few peripherals to compare the third bed that was on the wall. I contacted customer service by phone, they were always very kind and available.

Exactly what I expected from the reviews.

I stayed here for 1 night with my husband and 2-year-old son. I booked via Bookings (133.50€ for 1 night, among the lowest prices in Bolzano in the period of February) and all contacts with the manager were made via email: very kind and prompt response to every e-mail sent. The apartment is two steps from the center of Bolzano, you can self-check in as the entrance door is equipped with a code opening, and the keys to the apartment are kept at the entrance in a code key safe, all provided via email after registration of identity documents. The room is not large but the 2 beds are missing, so the space is well managed. Maybe it is a small kitchen, but it can accommodate very well for a few days too!

It's perfect.

We stayed in one of these apartments for 2 nights and I must say we found ourselves very well... a welcoming environment, equipped with everything necessary, a very clean room and a lot of attention to detail.
