Great place to stay with awesome accommodations. The hosts were  friendly, helpful, and kind. The breakfast was great, with gluten free options. The beds were quite comfortable  and everything was clean, tidy, and accommodating. The view is outstanding and the location is near the spectacular Bromore Cliffs—not to be missed. Highly recommend this bed & breakfast!

Great place & location!

Couldn't of stay in a better place in ballybunnion only few minutes drive from the town.Ann and Michael  were very welcoming  room was fabulous breakfast was great  too and the view for our room unbelievable of asked for nicer stay and people .Will be back again

Our stay in ballybunnion was great so many beaches  to choose from  and each one was as beautiful as the last nice walks the b&b

We stayed at Seashore B&B for two nights and had a wonderful time.  The location of this B&B is beautiful for sunsets on the West Atlantic Way.  We had great conversations with both Micheal and Ann and they were so helpful with all of our inquiries about the area.  Michael even tried to get us a tee time at Ballybunion Golf Course, which we understand is near impossible at the last minute.  Our accommodations were clean, neat, and so nicely decorated.  Our breakfasts were delicious and the room was bright and inviting.  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope we have the opportunity to get back there again.

SEASHORE  Bed and Breakfas

Stayed here recently,  Sunday  to Thursday . Have to say both Anne and Michael  could  not have done more to make us feel welcome.  The room  was large  and spacious and absolutely  spotless.  Breakfast  was fantastic  if this is the standard  of ireland 🇮🇪 B and B  I will  be taking more short stays at home and not going  abroad.

Short Stay

Ok we'll start with positives (which were few sadly) The female host was friendly and accommodating for the brief interactions we had with It could have been a more pleasant and enjoyable stay had we dealt more with her. Might be better for their business if she was the face of it and male host was consigned to background duties. The food at breakfast was adequate but only one juice (orange)
Now onto the negatives (which were a lot longer also sadly) The pushy intrusive nature of the male host was a recurring theme of the stay  Being pressured into deciding what to eat for breakfast next day 2 minutes into arriving after a 2.5 hour drive. We were made feel like we were putting male host out by asking to use the toilet when arriving as it was interrupting his spiel about house rules and what we wanted for breakfast next day. Being asked to decide what we wanted for breakfast the following day while we were still eating our breakfast both days was quite uncomfortable. and felt like we were on a conveyor belt. TV in rooms seem to have been on a timer as cut off at midnight, not ideal when in middle of a movie. We had to leave one night early due to unforseen circumstances which we paid for in full and did not query having to pay for this as understood as was part of booking policy. from previous stays with Booking.com partners. What really took the biscuit was at checkout when this was  communicated was being accused by male host of "depriving someone of a place to stay" when we cancelled an extra night 2 weeks prior to our stay due to factors outside our control. If he is unhappy about customers cancelling within free cancellation period (which is their right as a consumer and in this case a full fortnight before the stay) perhaps he should use a booking partner that does not offer free cancellation instead.

If you want a relaxing and non pushy stay, avoid

Second visit to Seashore and decided to stay four nights. We would give it five stars. From experiences of travelling Ireland the past few years I must say that this B&B is in my top five. Spacious rooms and breakfast area. Delicious cooked breakfast. Away from the bustle of the main town, if you want peace and quiet it is perfect. Cool views. Nice people.!

Can’t praise the owners of this B and B enough. Rooms spotless and comfortable, breakfast cooked to order and yummy to
Boot. Hosts lovely. Definitely will be back next time I visit Bally B....views are spectacular.... great chats with the owners who know the area inside out. 

Lovely B and B

Had a wonderful one night stay in this charming B & B. Very friendly host and rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Nice breakfast in the am and we had to leave our luggage the next day, as half our party was golfing and the other half walked the Cliff Walk into town. Very hospitable. I would recommend going up the road to Bromore Cliffs - for 5 Euro parking - every bit as pretty as the Cliffs of Moher - while not nearly as high or as long or as dramtic but WAY less crowded. Recommend highly.

Charming B&B with sea views

We found this beautiful house for b&b for one night whilst touring Ireland. What a great find! A quiet relaxing location. Our room was large,comfortable and well appointed with great views. We were made very welcome by Anne who greeted us with a drink and biscuits on arrival and served a good breakfast.. Would highly recommend.

A great find

We stayed here for three nights for bed and breakfast.  Lovely, spotlessly clean home, with a spacious bedroom over looking the sea.  Lovely breakfast cooked fresh, to order.  Ann (host) was very pleasant and really tried to make us feel at home.  Good size en suite also.

Nice sitting room to relax and have tea and snacks, with Hello magazines available for browsing.
