My boyfriend and I stayed for three nights here and found it to be everything you would need and more! Comfortable and air conditioned rooms with lots of space and nice and clean bathroom. The staff were so lovely and went above and beyond for customer service and were so kind and helpful. We had breakfast here every day and it was so affordable and delicious😋 we also rented bikes for a full day for a good price of 400,000 (roughly $4) each for the day! Highly recommend and if we ever return to Gili T, we’ll come back here! 

Lovely staff, comfortable stay

We had a great stay at Adams, nice rooms , nice pool and very nice staff.
The staff helpt us whit all we needed.
Its a great place to stay for a budget.
Its close to te beach , laundry service also afalible , and bikes for rent.

Great visit

I feel sad writing this review as the staff at this property were really lovely and did anything to help us up until I raised my issue. I think I just saw my issue as more of an issue than they did. We had rats in the ceiling above us and every night we were woken constantly by them running around and making noises. We raised the issue with the hotel and they agreed to move us, however we would have to pay extra. We refused and resolved the issue through booking.com but from the reaction I got I don’t think the hotel had any intention of resolving this issue anytime soon.

This is around 1 km from the ferry boat which comes from Lombok, a little inside. Nicely decorated with a small verandah and seating space in front if you are on the ground floor as we were. You can hire cycles to go around as cycle and horse driven carts are the only modes of transport. Nice comfortable big beds, clean bathrooms and good aircon makes your stay memorable and smooth

Affordable cosy air con wooden bungalows

Definitely a good value place. Cheap, air conditioned, good breakfast and friendly family. We liked the sitting place in front of the room where we can overlook the small garden. Some bicycles were new and well maintained but some were pretty old so you have to keep your bicycles well marked unless they were taken by other guests in the morning. Only downside was that there wasn't hot water (like most cheap rooms there though) and no cleaning service, so the room got extremely sandy during our five days stay. But they provide clean towels upon request so you will have to actively ask for them.

Nicely air conditioned and good value

Adam and his wife are lovely and offer many services at very reasonable prices: bicycle rental, snorkeling equipment, laundry, drinking water and fresh water available... Breakfast on the board is great and served on a small private terrace. The homestay is charming, the decoration is very colorful and original, the rooms surround a small courtyard where you can talk to all the neighbors at the same time;) Very good snorkeling spots (turtle point is a 2-minute walk away...) we saw up to 5 turtles the same and very beautiful turtles!

I was looking for some piece on this busy island and found it close to the beach. It are fine bungalows with airconditioning, wifi, included breakfast and a cosy courtyard for a fair price. In the night you can hear a bit of the music that is going on but it stops quite early. The best thing about the place is the owner, he is very caring and thoughtfull and spots it immediately when you are ready for breakfast, when you need an umbrella of when the screen needs to be pulled down to protect you from the sun. When it rains he saves your clothes that you put out to dry from getting wet again. It is possible to book a snorkling trip or rent a bicycle at this place.

Caring owner of fine bungalows in peaceful area

We stayed here for two nights and each night we stayed in the cheap and one in the dryer room. The dryer room is a little more spacious and probably also new with a good working air conditioner. The bathroom is very nice and everything is very clean. The cheaper room is a little more simple set up and also a little settled. Also the bathroom is small and not very inviting. The air conditioner points directly to the bed, but it cools down enough at night to be able to get rid of them well. The dryer in both rooms comes from the great wonder trees that are so popular in Asia. At first it is very annoying and uncomfortable, you get used to it but quickly. Great place to stay

We stayed at Adam bungalows for 4 nights and had a lovely stay.

Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, comfy beds and good aircon. Bathroom is basic but does that job, note that shower is cold water but ok after a day at the beach.

Staff are really friendly, serve breakfast outside your room each day. Choice of different eggs or pancake, fruit juice, tea and coffee.

Bikes and snorkels available to rent. Less than 5 minute walk to beach. Nice and quiet as 10 minutes walk away from main strip. When arriving at the harbour it is quite a walk away with heavy backpacks!

Travel

We stayed at Adam Bungalows for 3 days in Sept 2016. The bungalows are off of the beach on the north of the island, which is great as you can't really hear anything except for a few chickens. The rooms are a decent size and are clean. We enjoyed sitting on the patio outside our room each morning for breakfast. The banana pancakes have been my favorite breakfast meal in Indonesia.

I can't really understand why the previous poor reviews. For the price the rooms are great and the owner makes sure that you have everything you need, from bikes to days out. Would definitely stay here again.
