Stayed here for 1 night on weekend because of my best friend's wedding. LOCATION & ACCESS: Located in the area of Darmawan Park and very close to the toll gate so it is easily accessible. Parking space is quite spacious, but getting full quickly when there is a wedding reception taking place. SERVICE: The receptionists were very responsive, friendly and helpful. Check in and out were fast. They were also dressed neatly and professional. The housekeeping staff was also friendly and helpful. When I ordered an extra bed, they sent it quickly, complete with the extra pillows and blanket. ROOM: The room was very spacious and clean! We got twin beds and 1 extra bed. Actually it could fit 2 more extra beds if permitted. The bathroom was also clean, spacious and had complete amenities (toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, soap, shampoo, drinking glass, towels, and doormat). In the room there were also a mini kitchen and a small dining table. We also got a descent TV cable. Definitely comfortable, just like at home. FOOD: Buffet breakfast included and they had a good variety of food choices. Tasted pretty good. I got info that the breakfast was only until 8 but when I went to the dining room at 9, some food was still served and available. OTHER FACILITIES: One of the advantages of staying in this hotel is its complete facilities. There is wifi access, sauna and spa, swimming pool (clean), gym, fish pond for fishing, cycling area (bicycles are provided free), and karaoke place. This hotel also has access to halls and park that can be used for weddings. In addition, this place also offers living space for the elderly. LIVING ENVIRONMENT: This hotel is clean, quiet, and everything is spacious. The air is cool. It's nice to stay here even just for one night. Because it is not in the center of a city, this place is suitable for staying if you are looking for a quiet vacation spot. If there is another opportunity in the future, of course I will come back and take my time trying all the other available facilities. :)
