Loved my stay. Charming large rooms that have real warmth. Strolled around the village, explored farms and walked up the sand dune for an amazing sunset! Back to the palace for dinner on the balcony under the stars. Just delightful and worth a visit. 


My daughter and I were so lucky we got to stay here. The 250 year old palace was like a dream - the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are very hospitable. The dinner we had here, followed by having henna done and sitting by an outdoor fire was one of the loveliest experiences we had in India. It is very worth the effort of travelling here!

My family and I stayed at Tordi Palace in late December, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! 
Tordi is very much off the beaten track, so a stay here provides a true taste of Indian village life. 
The rooms were all very clean, the food was delicious, Siddarth was a great host and the people living in the village were all very friendly! 
We highly recommend a camel cart ride to watch the sunset - absolutely stunning! 
In winter, it is very cold and there is no heating in the rooms, so if you plan to stay during winter, we suggest being prepared for this! 

This is a great place to stay. Very relaxing and quiet! Do the Jeep safari as well to see the local farmers, the sunset over the dam, and the irrigation system. Great food and lovely place to relax with really good views. The guide was lovely.

This was a wonderful place to spend a night. The location is a lovely small village in Rajasthan that is off the beaten path but is quietly welcoming of tourists. The historic details of the building were beautiful. Don’t expect the palace to be posh by first world standards,  but it is clean, beautiful, and has good real Indian food upon request. It had A/C in the rooms and modern, clean, “western” bathrooms, in case that is a priority. I wish I could have stayed longer. One of the best parts were the local people who were willing to set up local tours for us. I also loved sitting on the veranda in the evening and listening to the sounds of the village and the call to prayer.

All service are very excellent services, very enjoyable this palace, the hotel is extremely unique, rooms are so decorated and stained glass window waking you up with a beautiful coloured hue across the room,

I stayed at this hotel as part of an Intrepid tour and I have to say that I really enjoyed this place. The people in the area are so friendly and the hotel is extremely unique and staying here was certainly an experience that I really enjoyed. This hotel makes you feel India and feel Rajasthan, in a way which makes the trip far more enjoyable. This place is amazing and the rooms are incredibly spacious and amazing, wonderfully clean, had a bar and was extremely welcoming. Also note, there is no wifi here, but that didn’t alter my experience of this place in anyway. Highly recommended. 

I stayed here as part of a G Adventures tour and this was by far the best hotel we stayed in during our trip. The Palace was beautiful - with rooms so quality decorated and stained glass windows waking you up with a beautifully coloured hue across the room, whilst bathrooms were very clean. In a village location, The Palace is so quiet and peaceful - worlds away from the hustle of the bigger cities and a perfect spot to relax. The staff here are so friendly. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner here, but the highlight had to be the homemade Dal Bati for lunch. Delicious!

Tordi palace was amazing and far exceeded my expectations.

Coming from the craziness of Delhi and Varanasi, this place was the perfect way to chill, relax and feel like a princess. 

Our room magical, with the sunlight streaming through the stain glass windows. Fully equipped with aircon and a fan, it was a nice place to retire from the heat. The bathroom was huge and clean.

Food was amazing & having the option to eat outside on the open balcony was a bonus, especially on the warm nights.

The village was gorgeous and quaint. The locals friendly and accommodating.

I highly recommend Tordi Garh and the Heritage Hotel. A must see and to experience!
