Stayed with this property with my extended family for three nights.  After seeing the reviews online , quite excited about our stay. However, this property lacks very basic things & hospitality . There is no parking space in this property , you need to park outside on the roadside at your own risk.   They have party hall at the 4th floor , in case you are staying on 3rd floor , you will will not be able to sleep , whole night they will keep managing their  furniture and no body even listens even if you call at reception. The worst part there is no senior person available at the property , whom you can explain  about your issues.  The staff is too junior , not able to take any decision.  Even in  the restaurant, the staff is untrained and  not able to understand the guests request. 

Stayed with them 3 nights with three rooms on each night , in spite of that no body  called back to understand the issues or  take feedback

Overall very average property , with this price range look for other better properties in Bhubaneshwar.

Very Average Property!

Location , Bed,  Breakfast  was all good . What was strange was the unavailability  of the restaurant for a meeting clients . In fact the lobby was also not available for discussions .  Although there was a request for a small meeting of 5 over coffee, neither the restaurant nor the lobby was permitted. Even though it was just ten minutes prior to its opening time. Thus customer support seemed extremely missing. This of course meant a different hotel during next trip 

What is this life if full of rigid rules and less welcoming support

Stayed for 4 days and 4 nights. I had a great stay, all the listed services were provided. The room, hallways and lift were very clean and staff was polite. Special mention to the wonderful food they serve

Stay for 4 days

Good rooms, friendly staff, good food…located right in the centre of the city. Any corner of the coty is accesible from hotel. Airport is just 15 min away. Its a nice budget hotel with lot of amenities.

Good hotel right in the heart of the city

pleasant & peaceful location. polite & cooperative whole staff. Rooms was neat & clean. complimentry breakfast was testy & hygenic. Near to Airport. fully satisfied.Going to visit again. suman madam was very gentle nature for her status.

The hotel is part of a convention center and the rooms are quite old but maintained decently. Since we got a good deal for the room with food, the stay was worth the amount paid. 
Parking is a problem here and the car needs to be parked on the side of the main road.
Breakfast spread was not very elaborate compared to other hotels and the options were limited.

Comfortable budget stay

Everything was just perfect. I stayed in an Deluxe room. It is well maintained, neat and clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. Reception boys mishra co-operative and fabulous , he he recommend tourist place in bhubaneswar and puri  .its was awesome stay . Other staff is very polite n helpful.

Fantastic about cleanness,  good food , but quantity is too high for one person . 
  All the stuff"s of the hotel are very good . Location of hotel is not so far from the airport . Communication is also very good . 
  During covid hygiene part is also properly maintained by the hotel .

Excellent experience all the time

We spend two nights at Hotel Suryansh, Bhubaneswar on 30th Oct to 01st Nov. In reception and room interior is superb. Reception staff is very cooperative and friendly. Room is very clean and neet well maintained. Comfortable and nice stay in Suryansh. Special thanks for Suman madam for coperation. We will definitely coming soon.

Comfortable stay

We happened to spend two nights at Hotel Suryansh, Bhubaneswar on 22nd & 23rd August, 2021. Our primary consideration for selecting this hotel was its proximity to the Kalinga Hospital, where we had gone for medical treatment and wanted to stay near the hospital.
But Hotel Suryansh had much more to offer than only its location and it came as a pleasant surprise for us as soon as we stepped inside the hotel.
The staff were  extremely courteous and helpful right from the Bell Desk till we checked in our room and even thereafter, till we checked out on 24th August morning. They were always ready to go that extra mile to ensure our comfort. To site a small example, the staff of the restaurant stayed back even after the scheduled time of closing on 23 August, as got late for our dinner after returning from hospital. 
And this courtesy was visible in each of the staff member's attitude, be it housekeeping or room service or front desk. 
Food served by the hotel during all the 3 meals and evening snacks was awesome and delicious to say the least and the Chef and his team deserve a big applause for the excellent job done by them.
Both check in and out were smooth and quick and all our queries answered by the front desk staff promptly and with a smile.
Overall our stay in Hotel Suryansh was a pleasant and memorable experience and we look forward to be their guests once again, whenever we visit Bhubaneswar again.
