Bethania Village Resort

Bethania Resort is not Trendy but nice Resort.  Comfortable Stay for me during my stay.  Staffs are very polite and service minded. Nice Ambiance. From Property have River View because it is located on banks of the River.

Nice Resort

Good location to stay. River is behind the resort. Food quality is food for north Indian also. It is located 3 Kms before waterfall. Overnight stay was good and weather is very good no need of AC. good to visit there.

One day stayed to see waterfall nearby

They weren’t able to prepare early breakfast, not even a sandwich for our check out at 6am, lack of courtesy. We were charged full price, naturally.
Room was too small and cramped, windows face other windows - don’t expect nice views... 
No complimentary accommodation for our driver, not even by choosing the more expensive rooms.
Also you need to ask to have hot water switched on and shampoo.
towels were not clean and bugs in the bed.
It doesn’t look like a resort... facilities are very poor 

Poor accommodation

Unfortunately we stayed two nights at this awful hotel.
We are not fussy travellers having been to many countries but we do require a certain amount of basic cleanliness.

We were tired when we arrived after a long day traveling and just wanted to sleep and on closer inspection of the room we we disgusted and trying to complain at reception was impossible as no one spoke English.

In the morning when the manager arrived,we showed him the room,he upgraded us to a better room which was only slightly better but still grimy and without a working shower

As you can see from the photos the standard of cleanliness they keep,the light switches, bathroom tiles and the back of the bathroom door.
