Uxlabil Antigua Hotel y Galería

Stayed here a few nights while I visited Antigua and climbed Volcan Acatenango. The staff here really go out of their way to make your stay great which was very much appreciated. The room was excellent - clean and comfortable with reliable hot water. They have a terrace with fantastic views of Antigua as well. The breakfast was very good with a variety of choices. The location is perfect, right next to the Merced church and very close to the famous Catalina Arch. Wifi is in the lobby or on the terrace. The terrace has chairs and a sit down area to work if necessary. When catching my shuttle back to Guatemala City the young man at the front desk even carried my bag and guided me to the meeting point down the alley to catch my shuttle which was clearly over and above what he was supposed to do.
