TheArtemis - Perissa Hotel

We booked a short break via jet2 and I only wish it could have been longer. We returned to santorini for the second time but decided to pick another hotel this time and we are so glad we did. The hotel is faultless, it's clean, modern and quiet and takes 5 mins to walk into perissa. Our room number 15 was brilliant it was a duplux which we didn't expect. The shower, balcony, fridge and security box were all on the ground floor with a set of stairs leading to the bedroom. The air-conditioning was amazing and was the comfortable bed. The floor had mood lighting and felt really high end. Breakfast was the standard buffet for Greece but was more than adequate to set you up for the morning. The pool area was great, we had no issues getting beds even when we had been out and come back in the afternoon. The pool was clean as was the whole area. The managment won't people reserve beds and clear off for the day, if you leave the pool area you are expected to take your stuff which personally I like. The poolside bar is exceptional and well priced, my wife loved the salads, the Wraps are great too, try the dirty wrap lol. Mythos on tap and at 6 euros well priced. Im a dog person and loved seeing the hotel owners 13 year old dog trotting around he was so well behaved and friendly. I can fully see why people return to this hotel it's family run which shines through. I would most deffinetly return again in the future but for longer next time !
