Pasiphae Hotel

Julie and I first visited Lesvos at least 25 years ago, and made the choice to stay at the Pasiphae Hotel. Everything about this hotel was exceptional, the cleanliness, the hospitality, the food. So, we have made the Pasiphae our home from home ever since. The joy of simply being there with friends old and new is glorious, and we look forward to every visit. We were delighted to hear during our visit last September that Vasilis (Bill) and his family had decided to renovate all the rooms with new bathrooms and furniture. Some ground floor rooms would also be enhanced through the addition of a swim up pool. We were really lucky to be offered a swim up pool during our last stay in May this year. It really was wonderful to be able to enjoy the privacy this offered, with our own terrace, sun loungers, chairs and a table. With steps down to a beautiful new pool to be able to cool off after time in the sun, we couldn't have wished for anything more. We also have a new bathroom. There are a number of different layouts across the 60 hotel rooms. We had a separate WC and a shower room. Both beautifully curated with modern furniture and fixings. They are not without their teething problems just like any renovation, and Vasilis as always has it all in hand. Julie and I have a special relationship with Lesvos, Skala Kallonis and especially this hotel. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend that you give it a try. Like many others who return to this hotel time and time again, we hope you too get to feel the remarkable affection that this island and its inhabitants hold for guests and friends.
