Ideal for a beach holiday as a family too.Rooms were very clean, tidy and quite large.The direct beach access is fantastic next to the large pool and the unique sunsets.Some short cleaning intervals would have been nice as well as a little more variation at the evening buffet.The service staff at the reception and at the restaurant were always very friendly and helpful.

Great location, ideal for a beach holiday

4 days and conting without hot water in room with child 1,,5 years old. Managers are running away as soon they see us, for our complains all staff just saying "sorry" and that's it.
Rooms are terrible, nobody is cleaning the room and changing the sheets!
As a father of young child I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all!!!
This is not a hotel it's more like basement that smell really badly!!! 

Terrible experience

It is presented as a 4 star, outdoor and excellent location. Even the pool looks good, but never used. Then you get into the room and the rating goes down, we chose a superior for a good bathroom (we come to these areas for 10 years) but it's barely enough gateway.

Disappointment

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever been to. Please avoid it if you wish to have a pleasent vacation. Rooms are terrible, cleaning ladies came once in 10 days to leave clean towels. You have to take out the tresh yourself. There is mold on the ceiling, furnature is old and worn out, plus mosquitos are everywhere.

Entire place smells like sewer. Hotel staff is unfrendly. At the restaurant there are not enough tables so you'll need to hunt and fight for a table to seat on. Overal conclusion is to avoid this hotel.

Sewer Hotel

We stayed 8 days on Half-Board and had very pleasant Holiday. Everithing was beyond expected. First our room was promoted to a suit with partial see view (thanks to hotel manager and our turist agency. Much appretiated). Frequent room cleaning service. Excellent food and service with mediteranean stile and home-made feal. Pool nice and clean and with house rules (also much appretiated). Beach just accross the street. Sun beds and sun-screens available with drink consumation fee (from the beach bar). Toroni beach and see perfect for family holiday. Defenatly recommended and surrely will visit again.

Cosy Hotel, perfect for family holiday

We booked 7 days in old wing. View is great, room is more than we expected, food in restorant is fine, but terrible smell on feces in all around hotel, even in rooms, make me never visit again. In hotel yard is septic tank which is the reason of horrible smell !!!!

When we arrived we were almost shocked... the structure is very big and maybe once also beautiful... the rooms are quite large, but narrow... maintenance and cleaning less than zero, we had to change the sheets because they were empty! We only opted for the overnight (less bad) because the restaurant looked like a caritas diner. The poor dish of the little kitchen didn't work, we asked to fix it and they gave us a campsite for more dirty and greasy. There were no stoves, I bought dishes, glasses and forks. The bathroom??? A tragedy... old and for a bit more hot water there was a day yes and no day no wifi! not even the shade... the water of the pool was the idea.

No comment

First I would like to mention that we stayed in the Villa. Even if i requested photos from inside, I did not receive more than it is on the website, so my review is to show you the villa. 
I am very disappointed with the cleaning services, the cleaning was made, every 3 days and the towels were changed only once, during our stay of 8 nights.
The mosquito nets were all broken, so we were bitten by mosquitos.
In the villa there are: one bedroom with sea view and double bed - the ONLY, one bedroom with bunk beds, one bedroom with 2 single beds (not like on the website were it says that there is a double bed) and the living room with a couch for 1 person.
at the restaurant there are only a few dishes and they don't look great. this is applicable for both dinner and breakfast.

Average hotel - photos from the villa

We are currently staying in this hotel and never again. Me my husband and 1 year todler payed 1.100 euros for below averege hotel. The only good thing about this place is the beach which is basically 1 minute walk from the hotel and the internet. Everything else is just wrong. We booked a room in the new renovated wing expecting to have decent furniture but we have old one that smells like mold. The toilet smells like the drain was never cleaned, it's horor to even enter. My husband had to put towels on it in order hide that awful smell.
The pool is another story. Not even think to swim in it. It is green and never cleaned and i suppose nobody ever put chemicals that are required in order to clean that water. So that pool is as good as it was never there. 
About the food- we have paid for breakfast and dinner.  If you believe every single day they are offering the same food. Like totaly same. For breakfast there is variety od pastries, some eggs  , bread, cheese and salami. Also for breakfast you have coffee and juice drinks that have funky taste like they are rotten. 
For dinner same as lunch, everyday nearly the same food. It is ok but below average. Please keep in mind that in your food you might find  a fly. The day before yesterday for desert after dinner we had ice cream and in the middle of the eating my husband noticed dead green disgusting fly in his ice cream. He nearly vomited 🤢
To conclude: I will never come here again and I will not recommend this hotel to my friends and family as a place to spend their Holliday.
