We stayed at Villa Sofia II - the sister property a few meters away. clean and comfortable apartment. Kostas and Sofia are very kind and super available. I hope to return to advice for couples and families. TOP!!!

It's perfect.

Villa located in a secondary street but with 5 minutes on foot you can reach the busy and the main beach. It has a beautiful swimming pool and a bar open only in the afternoon that often organizes small parties. Cleanliness and courtesy are not lacking. Great!

It's beautiful.

Villa Sofia is like a house. Kostas, Sofia and the sweetest Dorota are the pearls of the structure. The structure is like the photo, swimming pool is always clean and you can use it until 10pm if not beyond when maybe the bar, run by Kostas, remains open beyond the hours. Breakfast was quite abundant considering that every morning I took yogurt, juice, coffee, fruit and cornetto. The villa is located in a more than satisfying place as it is not attached to the long sea but that allows you to reach it on foot in 7 minutes. Clean rooms every day from the lovely lady who arranges things in a proper way. Perfect, do nothing but book and leave!!

That was a great experience.

Located in Ipsos (a town full of Italians), Villa Sofia is only 600 metres from the sea and offers an indoor swimming pool, with a bar available from 19pm, to sip a great cocktail.

Like at home.

We had paid to stay in the residence but they gave us a separate apartment 30 meters away from it, little yes, but the night here that life here is scary for four girls (including one minor) was not safe at all. We had talked about it much better! The moment we found ourselves in difficulty they treated us very badly! Absolutely to avoid Villa Sofia

The owner was a nice person, the room was fragrant, tidy, clean and well maintained, the spacious and nice pool, we used it from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Unique sin... the breakfast... a head-on cornet of frozen ones a little marmalade and a little nutella and cappuccino. the cornet of 1a10 vote 4 cappuccino 7... the kindness of the lady who served us 10.

Comfortable

We were guests from June 4th to 11th, cozy accommodation and convenient location, Costa and his mom very kind and friendly, good quality price ratio.

Acceptance and Sympathy

+ extremely nice staff +expensive breakfast (5.50€ p.p.) either English or continental, juice, coffee, water etc. + super central location for excursions to Corfu + clean pool + very late check-in due to flight delays was no problem + bar with long opening hours but no noise + good WiFi + TV + free -EEC room very humid -bad although well equipped but very small

Super price-performance ratio

I stayed here in September with friends, in total we were in 4, and we had an apartment with two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with a double bed and a single bed), a modern bathroom, with a very large shower, a kitchenette, a communicating balcony with two bedrooms overlooking the pool, and another in the kitchen overlooking the back where the bed linen is located! Clean and ordered apartment every morning, kitchen with the minimum essential, but in fact functioning. The fantastic local owners, both Konstas (I believe it is written this way) Sofia, make you feel at home right away, and for every need I am always there. Next to the pool is a bar, very clean and available!

It's like home!

Staying with my partner for 7 nights, we were very nice, comfortable, clean and quite central to the hustle and bustle of Ypsos. Kostas and Sofia do their best to make you feel at home and they do it very well!!Very available and nice, very nice the swimming pool and the bar where you also have breakfast, maybe for the latter you should review the organisation but still very good!!
