Well, what can I saw about this lovely little gem - Paul (Pavlos) and I were bowled over by the hosts kind and warm welcome on arrival, we were hot and tired as arriving at the start of a heatwave but were soon checked into our room with help with carrying luggage from both Evi and Stavros.  Our room was on the top floor but offered fabulous views out to sea and across to the small marina, it was lovely and quiet at night too, there was plenty of shade in a morning due to the good thick awning which you could pull down. Lovely clean spacious room with double bed with mosquito net if required (we didn't), there was a mosquito net shutter on the balcony door and also on the bathroom window, plus wind down/up shutters to keep out the heat of the day or overnight if you wished to make the room totally dark, also in the room is an extra large ceiling fan above the bed and also air conditioning which was included in the price as was a small safe located in the wardrobe, plenty of draw space for your holiday stuff!,  full sized fridge freezer, small oven and two ring stove top which is common all over Greece of course, and a kettle, no toaster but you can do that in the grill element in the oven... dish cloth, scourer, washing up liquid, teatowel provided and all crockery/utensils you would need.  Nice bathroom with walk in/step in shower (in our room).  Evi and Stavros were always on hand should you need any help with anything which was nice.  There are a few nice tavernas on the lane in front of the apartments or a slight uphill walk takes you to the main road where there is 2 bakeries,  2 supermarkets, numerous tavernas and a few bars/coffee shops and fast food/ gyros places., also plenty of gift shops, there are more tavernas down to the rear of the beach which is about 5 minutes stroll via the short cut ner Liberty Hotel or 10 minutes if you go via the road from apartments.  I would recommend this accomodation to anyone without hesitation.

Greek hospitality at it's best  ( now called Sunrise Flora )

Couldn't have chose a better place to stay. 
Had a single room (room 5), so typically greek. I loved it. There was no balcony to my room but evi made up a little space at the top of the stairs just for me with a little bench, table, candle, and washing line. 
I've never been so impressed with hospitality. This lady is effortlessly kind. 
The room had lovely handmade crafts on the walls. 
I was greeted with homemade lemonade and biscuits. On my birthday, unbeknown to me, evi had clocked my birthday from my passport, on my birthday she and to my room with homemade wine, a chocolate and fruit. Unbelievably kind. She also came to check I was ok on a day I had sunstroke and had to spend the day in bed. 
Perfect location, perfect accomadation. I wouldn't stay anywhere else if i came back. 
I've stayed in many hotels, some very expencive. This was priceless to me. Evi knocked spots off any 5* hotel.

Very very nice and great value for money.
We stayed here 6 days.
Most beautifull sunset we ever seen.
Exactly near the little Aegina Marina harbour.
A lots a tavernas near by, the bus station its just around the corner, a supermarket its very close as well, a bakery and a lots of shops. 
Great island with stuning views.

Superb !!!

The hotel is not big, only six rooms, neighbors are not heard. The room is very clean, housekeeper Evie herself cleans every day. Once every two days she changes the bedding and towels. You have to tell about the housekeeper. Evie is good at English, always ready to help. She talked about health when she realized that you spent the day in the room. She is happy to serve her own bakery.

In the presence of good friends

A quiet, cozy, small hotel with apartments on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Lovely and attentive housekeeper - Evia (otl ang). Cleaning, every day, changing clothes 3 times a week (not clear why). Balcony, sea view. Quiet, road to the side, behind the hotel, small and cozy courtyard. Near the pier, bus stop and tavern (there is an excellent Oasis tavern, belongs to the Russian - Svetlana).

Only a small place but perfect position and the best host ever. Small block with 5 rooms,we had room 4, amazing views out to sea,large balcony comfortable chairs and bed. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need on holiday. Bathroom small but adequate. Only small gripe was that there was no room safe but having said that the owners live on site and it felt very secure.
Evi the owner is without doubt the best hostess we have ever stayed with,cleans every day,changes towels and bedding every two days,supplies you with homemade cakes and refreshing drinks,even took us to the port on the day we left. Evi you were brilliant,your mum would be proud.
Plenty of tavernas,bars and shops within a 5 minute walk.Beach about 7minutes away.
If the Alexandros Ferry is running it is a 2 minute walk to the Flora rooms.
We will definitely return to Aegina but only if we can stay at Flora Rooms.

Superb stay

I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting Agia Marina. This is a small hotel, and the owner, Evi is the best host ever, she is very kind and helpful. She cleaned our apartment every day, we got fresh and clean towels and bedsheets as well. The balcony has a nice view of the sea. It is close to the beach, that is perfect for families, even with small children, because the water is not deep. Although nothing is far in Agia Marina, the whole town can be walked through in 5 minutes :) The room is simple, but cosy, and well equiped.
