Step By Step Studios

we only had breakfasts in the downstairs cafe but what a tasty breakfast ,the yoghurt fruit and honey was so tasty,good omelette and toastes to,lovely service from the lady owner and great views over the beach and sea,they also have sunbeds on the beach as well.

We spent 2 weeks in Naxos and had an amazing breakfast and lunch almost every day in this cozy beach front place. Thanks Ana, your omelette are fantastic and also your yoghurt and fruit!

Lovely cafe to have breakfast/lunch in, great prices with a fabulous view of the sea. The beach is only a few metres in front and if you eat/drink at Step By Step you can use their sunbeds for free. Great people running the cafe, very friendly and hospitable. GREAT FOOD, especially the omelettes and fantastic prices. Would 100% recommended. Our family has been to Naxos Agia Anna 3 times now and we regularly visit this cafe.

Step by Step is an hotel with a snack very close to the beach with free beach chairs and ombrellas for the guests .   Our studio was very clean  big, with AC,TV fridge and  everything for cooking , we had two balconys; one of them had a beautiful sideseaview
   Every morning we took a good breakfast in the snack : a  terrasse  opened on the sea,  This hotel is a hidden gem with a very good quaiity price value(32 eur in June)
The wi fi was the best of all the hotels on the 4 island we have been.
   The bus  to Chora and the port  stops in front of the hotel;  you can go each 30 mn to an other part of the island..

This is a family run hotel.  They make you feel at home right away.  When we got out of the taxi, the staff greeted us right away, showed us to our room and gave us a welcome iced coffee.  This is a great value, with access to food, the beach and a small kitchen.  The hospitality is like no other.  I highly recommend this place.  The resteraunt diagonal is very good too.  There seafood is amazingly fresh, like you see them in the ocean with a net.

Super Beeakfast & Lunch!!

We stayed at Agia Anna Studios (part of the hotel Agia Anna Hotels) for 5 nights in July 2014. The location was good, close to the beach and the rooms was ok, however not as "fresh" at the pictures showed. But what made me grade them so low was the terrible service on the hotel. The person in the reception was not helpful or interested at all under our stay, and the staff in the restaurant where the breakfast was served was terrible and not service-minded at all. Tables full with old dishes from earlier guest was was ignored while the waiters was hanging around and chatting in the bar instead of making it clean and fresh in the restaurant. Further, I wouldn't call the breakfast continental as written in the description. 

If you care about service and personality, I would considering staying at this hotel.

Good location, ok rooms, terrible service

WiFI.None.Full WiFi at nearby cafes. BREAKFAST. Equals food poisoning.Off-site at  Gorgona from 7:30-11:30am,boiled eggs,sliced ham&cheese,stale bread&bulk bowl of yoghurt.WATER.Another family had issues.Took a glass jar sample4testing.As boiled spaghetti&turned green&smelt petrol.This was after all had no water for a day&told its fixed by taking water out of 1water deposit&placing in another deposit. AC. Don't ask,theyll put it on cheap room recycling.LIGHTING.Door&garden always off,cant see.ROOMS.1 room with duvet. 2nd room potato sack duvet,not a joke.1room with flatscreen,2nd ancient TV mounted high above cupboard,cant change stations,no batteries til5days into holiday.OVERALL  ATTITUDE.Disgusting.All replies,"well what do you want me to do about it".UNCLEAR BOOKING.Arrived at what we thought was AG Studios to rudely be pushed out&yelled at.Finally found we were at AG Hotel,next door to where we should be.AG Studios had advertised 2rooms,1on Expedia as AG Studios&1on Booking.com as Studios Kapris as 2rooms unavail.via Expedia.Realized same place as photos were same&called b4arriving in Naxos for confirmation.No sign saying AG Studios,or even as it is on Booking.com as Kapris Studios.Building outside reception show details agiaannahotel. So3different names.Told by Gorgona hotels family of brothers&arguing.Not customers problem but victims for sure. PARKING.Problem.3 parking plots.At check-in b4 knowing which was ours we parked at the Hotel to be yelled at to move it immediately because they are in court with each other&AG Studio customers not allowed on AG Hotel,but then AG Hotel has a bus parked in the AG Studios plot all our 8 days.
