TN Hospitality Serviced Apartment

I stayed here for two weeks in May-June 2017. This is a good option if you want apartment-style accommodations (i.e., a kitchen and separate bedrooms, but with minimal hotel-style services, such as daily room cleaning and concierges). I gather that most of the residents in the complex (there are five buildings) are more-permanent, and a limited number of units are for travelers. I had a pleasant stay here, and would stay again. Pros: 1) Nice, quiet neighborhood, pretty close to the airport. 2) The power did not go out a single time when I was there. This is quite remarkable. 3) There is a nice, well-maintained pool, that didn't see much use by other residents/guests when I was there. 4) Lodgings are quite large. 5) The balconies are great to have (try to get a room on a higher floor). Mine provided nice views of the city, and the temperature up there is quite pleasant on a hot day. Mixed: 1) The wifi isn't terribly dependable. The manager--who is quite interested in making your stay comfortable--loaned me a wifi router that provided very high-speed Internet, but you have to watch your data usage. 2) Having a restaurant on premises is nice, but the menu is somewhat limited. Food is quite cheap, but I was also never wowed by any of the meals. 3) Having a gym on premises is also nice, but two of the three cardio machines did not work, and the air conditioner was not working in that room, which made workouts in the high humidity quite a bear. Hopefully they will fix these issues soon. 4) Ample hot water. However, water to the lodgings occasionally did cut out for some minutes at a time. Cons: 1) Being in a quiet, residential neighborhood also means there are few businesses or restaurants nearby. However, it is easy to find taxis just outside the gates, and Uber rides were never more than 7 minutes away.
