stayed here as i wanted to visit wonderful town named Mtxeta
location is perfect right behind the main square and its quite 
recomend to visit especially if you preffer less crowded places its nessesart to visit this town 
and at night sounds if river makes everything peacful and magical

Having seen several rooms in several hotels and guest rooms (all ranked higher and we have no idea why) we decided to look for that  hotel. A little hard to find, no signage except address. The owner does not speak English but with a little help we were able to close a deal. Clean room and bathroom, pleasant atmosphere and a great price. Highly recommended.

Very beautiful guesthouse, looks very very very new.  The room was just WOW,  So clean and tidy, comfortable beds, good aircondition, and nice design with gypsum. The toilet was clean too. The kitchen is nice as well, built in cabinets, marbels on top of the cabinets, and dining tables was so good. The breakfast provided was good as well. The house is just 1 minute from the main street opposite the church. The place was quiet and we had a good sleep. We paid 100 GEL for our room including breakfast. 

Highly recommended.

Liked the atmosphere of the town

Bathroom is extremely stinky. There is no shower cabin or even curtain. Just shower and bricks on the floor, marking the area. Some tiles in bathroom have fallen down. There is no shampoo ir shower gel, just soap.

There were dirty hand-prints on a wall in our room. The room had balcony with a nice view and a small sofa. The bed was not comfortable.

The location is a bit tricky. The guesthouse is near the cathedral in a closed zone. You need to drive through a parking at the bottom of a hill and then to a street with prohibitory sign. (This is the way the owner showed us).

Breakfast is prepared specially for you. The owner asks you in the evening, when you want your breakfast. If you don't manage to come in time, the owner knocks to your door and says, the breakfast is ready for you.

The hotel's hall is nice.
 There is just one parking place in the yard, so the owner told us to park the car in the street.

Booking.com page of the guesthouse said it is possible to pay with a card. In fact it wasn't.
