L'enclos Chambres d'Hotes

Stayed for a couple of nights as we were attending a wedding locally. Colette and Micheal - the owners - are fabulous, so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel itself is an old mansion - very traditional, and unique (if you like modern hotels, this one isn't for you). Breakfast was served each morning on the terrace, and Michael offered us fresh figs picked directly from their garden when we commented on the fig jam! We also had trouble getting a taxi one night, and Michael drove us where we needed to go - very much appreciated. There are a number of steps in this property, so not suited to those with any mobility issues, and also note, if you're driving - DO NOT follow the sat nav directions - it will try and take you down roads you'd find it difficult to walk two abreast on - instead call Colette so she can direct you via the most suitable route.
