Mrs. Alexandra was very kind, travelling alone and I felt at home, it is a comfortable and cozy place. I felt very safe. It is a familiar place. The place is clean, the breakfast is homemade and the best part is the location, it is close to everything to walk.

Kind attention and a safe place.

We spent 8 nights in a family room during our visit. Location is very good, just 7 min walk to Malecon, straight down the road, quiet, aircon, hot water in a shower 24/7, clean, shopping just outside the door with excellent bakery that opens at 6am. But the best thing are the owners. They make you feel like you are at home, nothing is a bother to them. We used their huge kitchen, the coffee was free and was made very early in the morning or anytime you want it. The lady of the house booked all day trips for us and took care of everything for much cheaper price if we would do it probably spending a whole day. The man of the house owns a taxi truck and did a whole day Santa Cruz island with highlands, turtles, volcano crater visit, coffee places and other less visited places on the island where we seen no tourists, dropped us off at secluded beaches and picked us up at agreed times. It was simply fabulous and I think we were lucky we stayed at Planet House. It was the right choice for us.

An excellent location and hosts

It's a three-bedroom accommodation with three very comfortable bedrooms, you can use the living room, dining room, washing machine, kitchen and computer with internet connection.

Comfortable, economical and central.

We were in the room on the 1st floor, very spacious and comfortable.The kitchen was very well equipped as well.The attention and concern of its owners was remarkable!

Very good.

Simple but comfortable accommodation. A few blocks from the ecotourism dock. The owners allow the kitchen to be used in a way that can save on food expenditure. The owner of the house prepares good breakfast and her husband, Cesar, makes all the transfers and hires tours helping you with everything you may need.

A good economic option is a good option.

We stayed for one night.On arrival César welcomed us at the airport, who gave us all sorts of tips and recommendations for our stay in Santa Cruz and Isabella.The comfortable room, the correct price and excellent breakfast that Alexandra prepared for us.Real.ente are very friendly and friendly.

Excellent to start your stay in the Galapagos.

Worst experience we have ever encountered, be VERY careful for violent behavior of the landlord.

After checking in we left the rooms to go for a walk. Upon returning to the rooms we discovered that the landlord (or someone on his behalf) has entered our rooms for no reasonable reason. When we told them that it is not acceptable the landlord's wife said we can leave if it doesn't suit us, and so we decided to do so. When we got to the rooms to take our things, the landlord stormed in yelling and cursing saying we have 5 minutes to leave before he calls the cops. Not a minute passed and he grabbed one of our personal bags with valuables and started running away. We managed to grab the bag back after a Chase in his very small corridor and stairway, finished quickly getting our things and left as quickly as possible for fear of reoccurring violence.
We travel a lot and this has been, by far, the worst experience we have had to deal with.
Do yourself a favor and KEEP AWAY from that place at any cost!

Stay away at all costs!

It is a small hotel served by its owners. Well located, just a few blocks from the coast, the harbor and bars. You can manage walking in peace. Their owners (Patricia and Cesar) advised and informed us about interesting activities to do not only on Santa Cruz Island but also on Isabella Island.

We came to Galapagos on our honeymoon and this perfect house and its host made our vacations on this beautiful islands a true paradise. Caesar will be your best friend, father, great guide, doctor provider, taxi driver, even a cook of a wonderful ceviche if you are also kind as he is :)

Unimaginable hospitality 

We spend two times at the Hotel, before and after our cruise around the islands.  César and his family are very helpful and give good advice.  The Hotel is clean,  Wi Fi works ok. You can use the kitchen or have breakfast made for you for  $5 /P extra. The Hotel is close to the main road and about a 5 min walk to the harbour area. All in all good value for money.
