The room was spotless and gorgeous. James went out of his way to help us in anything and everything.We travel constantly all over the world, but this was a truly remarkable experience. The owners were alway available and helpful, the tent hotel setup was impressive, and Zhangjiajie mountains are unbelievable.We are definitely coming back
