We had two rooms for two nights in September 2018, negotiated by our Mandarin-speaking nephew. The hotel proved to be modern, with a helpful though not intrusive staff. For just over $80 nightly, a delicious breakfast buffet was included with American-style options available. Convenient to local attractions, it was about a 50 minute taxi ride to the airport on the midweek morning we departed. We will definitely stay here again should our future travels find us in Shenyang.
