819 reviewsFantastic choice for a great dive vacation! The resort is the only thing on the island, so it is all about diving. A more out of the way Atoll. Great low key island vibe. 3 dives a day and they were great dives across the board. The dive team on the boat was wonderful, friendly, safe, professional, and fun. My wife and I and our 20 year old daugthter could not have asked for more. My daughter did her AOW and it was taught by the two managers, Serena and Shadi, both were fantastic. The rest of the resort team was also top notch, great rooms, great food and wonderful open air bar for once the days diving was done. The diving is so close you come back to the resort for your surface interval between morning dives most days. This was great, the boat trips are short and extra time is not wasted (and you get a delicious snack and a bathroom). You will not be disappointed diving and relaxing at Blackbird. In the last year we dove Gand Cayman, Cayman Brac and Bonaire. Blackbird was the best resort, and the diving was tied with Brac. Go now.
