Pros: Great new A/C in the room plus large Fridge Freezer ( I asked for a Iron - and they did not have one - So the manager went out and bought one!) Cons: A small table and chair in the kitchen or in the room would have been nice. Location: Location was fine for me equidistant from the beach and the Main high street. So it is very modest - However staff were very helpful. Reception was manned by helpful Dutch receptionist plus local trainee. There was an A/c Reception Area / Bar - snacks could be bought in the morning - although local outlets existed not far away. + Supermarket. The Hotel was situated 800ms from the beach but also at the end of the main street (which was served by a FREE regular tourist trams(xSun)) and also at the end of the tram-line what became my favourite was BABYBACK GRILL - which was open from -11>11 everyday. Great portions and prices available for takeaway or eat in. PS. There was use of the hotel kitchen (Microwave+Gas Hob) which was a great bonus for the independent traveller.
