The room is good but the shower with a small squeeze would avoid using the dryer that is annoying, both the breakfast and the preparation, very well the cleaning.

The hotel is in very good condition, it has a very nice air-conditioned pool area with tables, chairs, armchairs, fireplace, but I went for Holy Week and the water, of course, was cold. The bed is very comfortable, the room is cold, it is spacious but it does not have a phone. Some rooms have ventilator and other air conditioning. The wifi service is very relaxing. This centrally located hotel is conveniently located on Gesell Main Avenue, just a few meters from the start of the pedestrian walk, 300 meters from the sea, and 200 meters from Pinar Norte, ideal for starting the morning walking through this forest and ending on the beach.

The hotel in general is very nice, very well decorated and the air-conditioned pool is a plus, the staff's reception is very good and the breakfast is quite complete enough to be 3 stars.What disappointed me a bit was the room, the bathroom is not comfortable the shower is right at the entrance and the whole bathroom, alone there are lights upstairs and no veilers on the bed light tables, the travel agent told me that if it had air conditioning, our room only had a ventilator and we spent a few days where the heat was quite good so when we got to the room it was a steam furnace, it would be best to put air in every room.

Very Lindo

The second floor is a little hot because of the lack of air circulation, the postigones are blind and the air does not run, if you open it and there is wind blowing everything, the towels are replaced every day, 10 points.

 excellent care from the staff, kind, empathetic if difficulties arise and solve them immediately.
