I stayed with my sister in a room for four people, I don't usually share rooms, but the housekeeper said that no one else would come and so it was. It turned out that on the night I woke up from the sting in the upper part of my body, I thought they were bitches. At dawn I realized that I was all bitten.. when I looked at the bed with the cell phone flashlight I realized that they had chinches.. I am allergic and tend to take care of insects a lot. I usually go on vacation around South America and stay in hostels. I had never had anything like this happen to me, nor have I met the chinches. I had experience in this place because it was not cheap. I was sent back to La Plata but I had to wash, buy some ointments and breastfeed the chinches for 5 days.

Poor experience.

I stayed alone in a shared room of 6; and I was lucky enough to have good companions, neat and very clean by the way, which helped a lot since the rooms are small, but the spacious bathroom and common spaces with just and necessary. The room had a beautiful view of Lake Nahuel Huapi and the mountains. The location is very good, a few blocks from the civic center and very close to bars and restaurants. The attention of the staff was very kind, very kind. The good price was reasonable and even very economical based on the quality of the accommodation.

Simple accommodation for very few days.

Great place to stay for one or few nights. The staff was super kind. The town seems to be really safe and you can go to the touristic zone and bars by walking. WiFi worked great. The breakfast is very simple but good enough. If you can't sleep well, be aware: this hostel is an old house with a noisy wood floor so it could be a problem eventually. The view from the room and from the kitchen was beautiful.

Good for a few nights

The place has an incredible view of Lake Nahuel Huapi, the staff is super attentive and willing to help. The facilities are clean, the commonplace is tidy, the area is super quiet, and it is close to the collectives that take you to both the Airport and the Llao Llao, you can get to the civic center on foot. The breakfast is from 8 to 10, simple but rich. The price is super affordable and is related to the quality.

Super recommended

I stayed for a week in March 2019.The breakfast was toasted with butter, milk and mermaids.More coffee/tea and milk.The hostel was always clean and the people attending were very nice.They were very kind in informing which places to visit.

Hostel well-located, clean and well-maintained.

We stayed 9 nights in a private room overlooking Lake Nahuel Huapi.I am more than satisfied with the attention, breakfast, wifi and facilities, we will definitely be back!!!Thank you very much to all staff!!

An excellent stay!

I really dont recomend anyone to stay at this hostel in low season i stayed and they drug  me and raped me and kept me there for a period of time cause i woke up skinny filthy and without strength i went to the police talked to hostelworld and booking in orther to warn them but nothing i eaven went to the embassy and interpol since im not from argentina but nothing . Rapists Hostel

We stayed in the private room with a private bathroom. The view is amazing! Getting up every day with the view of Lake Nahuel Huapi is a luxury! Very good for resting. They have schedules that facilitate resting. Very quiet. The kitchen has everything basic. The locations are very good. The squares of the civic center, the group parades, and the bars. The guidance and advice of the boys who run the hostel is very good! They help you with everything you need, and they give you very good advice about everything you need!!

Very good hostel!

I made my reservation by booking , when i arrive at the property the owner from the hostel received us since we arrived around 9am just to check in as we knew it was at 11am the owner which attended us, his attitude was very rude and pedantic when i gave him my Tc to make the check in he told me only cash i was surprise because i did not received the notification i started look in out an i had it in spam , well we manage to get some cash to pay the accommodation when we return to the hostel to pay i said to him that i didnt liked how he treated us when we arrive he started yelling and kicked us out from the hostel we were treated very badly Pls this is not a way to treat a tourist that came to visit this place, i not recommended this hostel at all

Terrible customer service

Hostel Pudu was a really good hostel. we ended up staying more than we were meant to here. 
The staff are always really helpful and help to sort out anything you need whether that’s with tours, bookings, busses etc... 
the place is really nice and has a great homely feel to it and the view is amazing! 
Breakfast is also really good and the kitchen is well stocked!
The only irritating thing about the place was it’s very creaky floors, but you get used to it pretty quickly
