It is located in the center, near the train street and about 2km from the lake. The hotel is pleasant and the staff is very helpful. After our return to Singapore, we discovered we had forgotten important documents at our hotel room. I quickly called the hotel service center which connected me over WhatsApp with the reception, and they quickly found the missing documents. It took another day to send those over DHL (delays were due to a public holiday) and I got my items returned in less than a week. During this time I had constant communication with the receptionist who assured me everything would be alright. Thank you so so much!
