2 reviewsCalligraphy homestay was the perfect place to stay in Hoi An. Calligraphy is walking distance from the bustling old town, but very peaceful and quiet. The home is a mix of modern and traditional-- very beautiful, clean, bright, and airy. The guest rooms were well well designed and private. The owners and the homestay staff truly set Calligraphy apart form other lodging options. After traveling from the United States to a place so new and different, it was a great comfort to be taken care of by the friendly and kind staff at Calligraphy. We had authentic and delicious breakfasts every morning in the inviting dining room or in the tranquil garden! Also, the owner is a master artist of ancient Vietnamese calligraphy painting. Make sure to ask him about his stunning work! I would recommend this homestay to anyone traveling to Hoi An. We spent a month touring all of Vietnam and stayed in luxury hotels in most cities. Calligraphy homestay was our favorite spot!
