STAY AWAY!!!!!!! Please!!!! I have never had this issue before. I am not an uppity, snooty person. I have lived in Miami, LA, Las Vegas and I was nervous just being in this parking lot!! Yes, their price is intriguing. I pulled in (trying to avoid the construction) and was instantaneously revolted. There is a reason why there is only the same 1 photo of this Motel on any site you visit. There was trash everywhere, broken windows that had been taped up or covered by cardboard. The "pool" is nothing but a hole in the ground that is all gated off. I regrettably gave them the benefit of the doubt. I parked and walked to the Lobby, if you can call it that, to check in. I opened the door (broken door handle) and got punched in the face by the stench of the worst Indian food smell you have ever heard about. I could hardly understand the owner. I booked a room for two which had two beds. I was TOLD that there are 2 beds but I can only use one...... Oh wow.... Okay. The 2 "house keepers" (if you can call them that) came out of a room yelling and cursing obscenities at one-an-other. After that the male worker started verbally attacking a customer. HOW RUDE!! I entered the room that is reserved for non-smokers. BOOM!!!! Smoke and other unidentified smells almost knock you off of the balcony. I even felt the need to pack my gun with me to enter the room. TONS of stains on the carpet that was separated, pulled up and torn. I really had to use the bathroom after a 6 hour drive. I decided to use the hover method. I found hair on the T/P..... Threw away half the roll just to be safe before using it. We sat on an end table, for fear of disgusting germs and diseases on the beds, and continued to search for a different hotel. I decided to cut my loss and just leave. Found another hotel that makes me feel like we landing in a fairy tale in comparison. PLEASE!!!!!!! PLEASE read the reviews and AVOID this place like the plague it is.

Left and got a different hotel!

It was midnight on the Friday of memorial weekend many places were booked up or charging over a $100 for like super 8. so we decided its looks alright lets stay here for $65.00. The owner was nice but run. This place looks ok from outside the owner was super Nice but what scared me was getting a remote with my key never seen that before. we got to our room and it doesn't look so bad when you walk in it  does smell a bit  musty but we can handle that. after a bit  we  then felt unsafe our main  door had no locking latch we pushed the dresser to the door in fear. the door between the rooms ours was missing and the door had duck tape around it we pushed the desk up for the night. as you can see in my pic the bathroom just mold everywhere. we literally slept in our clothes on top of the blanket and barely slept because the walls are paper thin and its loud outside with the cars and trucks passing by. we read review on here and fear of bed bugs yes we noticed that the sheet were dirty, the caret disgusting. we left at 6am because we couldn't handle it. Spend the extra $30 or $40 go else where. I'm sorry to the owner but this place is literally a slum. or just know when you stay here its a place to try to sleep for the night nothing else.

very cheap for a friday night when everything is booked but drive away!

On the way we booked one night there because it was the cheapest hotel in the area; we would have only put a few bucks on it! When we checked in there were just two police officers talking to the owner, it was probably some kind of theft, that's exactly what I didn't pick up. The room was relatively spacious, but given the neighbors (be careful, ironically!) it was appropriate: we had the pleasure of sharing the bed with bugs.

This is unreasonable accommodation.

My husband and I were torn as to whether this was the worst or second worst hotel we had ever stayed in!  
We were driving through Provo late at night, exhausted, and this was the first hotel we saw.  As we did not know the area, we decided just to stop.  The front desk staff were very pleasant.  That was perhaps the only positive!  
The room was very basic.  A fridge and AC were both in working order, there were very basic toiletries if you dared to step into the shower!  There was no coffee, no hairdryer (although the desk did eventually provide one).  The bedspreads were stained and smelly, the carpet dirty.  The bathroom floor had something on it next to the toilet that was covered with ants and bugs.  I did have a quick shower, but it was really gruesome in the tub.  The only saving grace was that the sheets appeared to be clean.  
It is located on a very busy road, and was quite noisy, but really, that was the least of our worries.  There are also no restaurants within walking distance, but it didn't look to be an area you would want to wander around anyway.
My advice, carry on to the highway.  There are plenty of hotels there, for all budgets, we were kicking ourselves for not driving 10 minutes further.  This place is cheap, and I can handle cheap and clean, but this was just a cheap disgusting mess!

Cheap, but not worth it!

Okay, first off, there is a hole in the bathroom door. The table is falling apart. I'd sleep ON the bed with clothes and a coat on, seeing how filthy and infested it must be IN the blankets. They do have wifi, but it's so slow they might as well not have wifi. We were homeless at the time we stayed here, and the nearby homeless assistance place got this room for us for free. Oh, one more thing: the room is FILTHY. There's stains and cracks everywhere, especially in the bathroom. Also, the AC doesn't work, and this is in an area known for being either an oven or the planet of Pluto.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!

May as well be America's Best

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean but the bed and pillows were hard. Okay if you like that I guess. Best things were the price and location. Very convenient to the highway, shopping, restaurants, movies, etc.
