73 reviewsWe had a great experience. When we arrived (just in time for ‘happy hour’) we were offered a drink and there were some snacks that I found to be delightful. The room was clean, the pool was lovely. There were minimal staff but the gentleman who checked us in took great care of us (I believe his name was Ted). Breakfast was ‘self serve’ but Ted got us coffee and brought out warm pastries, and gave us some ideas of things to do while we were in town. If I ever find myself back in Palm Springs I would 100% come back here. Like some of the other reviews noted the hotel was built in the 1930s and has some quirks as others described, but it was a far better experience than the big brand hotels we stayed at which kind of seem pretty much the same wherever it is. This hotel you know you’re in Palm Springs with its unique Palm Springs/Old Hollywood vibes.
