Staff was very friendly. Place needed cleaned up a bit. Room was large and fairly clean. Loved having 2 bathrooms.... But I was specifically looking to book a hot tub suite for a romantic getaway and of course the hot tub did not work so was very disappointed.

The baymont is a clean,friendly to environment.i recommend this hotel more than most. Price wise could drop breakfast is great. Understanding respectful employees. The downfall is no pool or jacuzzi bt its winter who wants to b cold

On the second night a guest came to front desk saying that he couldnt stay there because of the smoke and he is going to call the health department in the morning because the place needs to be condemned. I didnt have many issues other than the water smells odd, they did not give us full size towels, a faulty fire alarm went off in the morning and the fire department was called, and the internet was only able to connect to one device. It worked for a hotel but not worth the price, even though it was cheaper than the rest of the area. The person at the desk was not surprised about the disgruntled guest, she said they are going to shut the hotel down at the end of the year and had a list of other hotels people could stay at. I do not recommend this hotel.

We had loud neighbors all night long and even after complaining twice, the issue was still not totally resolved until about 6:30 the next morning. Music played all night, slamming doors, loud talking and shouting, as well as other things. I also had two young children along (4 and 1) so between the loud noise and them being up with it, I pretty much didn't sleep all night. The next morning, I was offered a refund of my room but was told I had to call back the following day to give my card number. I called the following day and didn't need to give my card number at all because they already had it so I don't know what was the point of me calling. Breakfast was good and the cleanliness was as well just wish the noise situation would have been handled better.
