The Place was falling apart! The door to the room was falling off. upon entering the half the lights did not work. You had to break your neck to look way up at a small screen TV that sat on a wardrobe that was also falling apart.I refused to sit down because of the bugs and immediately left the place!!!

Went to Pick up Friend!

This is the most dilapidated disgusting place I have ever stayed. I started to itch as soon as I got there! I left as quickly as I could!
The owner called me three times the day I was supposed to check in to ask me if I had a credit card to pay for the room. I knew there was going to be trouble. The furniture was all broken down and looked like someone had picked it up off the street on large trash day.
Holes in the walls, electrical wires hanging from the ceiling, Duct tape holding the air conditioner on the wall, threadbare towels, stains on the floors, walls and ceiling. The sickening smell couldn’t be masked by the nauseating room deodorizer.
Alcoholic old men living there full time and sitting in front of the doors smoking and drinking. 
The owner lied about the place. No office, just a small window where you pay. No one actually works there.
I’ve reported them to the board of health.
Stay away!!!!
Try Park Central in Naples instead....

Nightmare in Naples

We had the same experience as another person listed in these reviews. When we refused to stay at the hotel because it felt unsafe, was very creepy, and smelled (both of their properties - the Sunrise and the Glades), and wanted our money back, the owner refused to even give us a key so, in essence, stole $163 from us. Do not stay here , it's basically a flophouse

Lesson learned, should have read reviews first

If you need a place to sleep in the $100 range in Naples, this will work. It’s one step above a construction workers’ motel. But the owner was friendly. We stayed in room 2 (I think there are 14), which was closer to road and therefore noisy. Aside from the cramped space you’d find in an old 60’s motel, it was survivable. The sheets, while clean, had several small holes, so obviously older. But they had redone the bathroom with new tile, toilet, etc. which was nice. If they’d take the next step and start changing out for new furniture it could be a very quaint spot. 

My fault, 
I pick up a random phone. It rings, I ask for a room she tells me, wait I’ll be right there; 5-10 minuets pass. She arrives I pay the money then assigned me room #5. 

My initial reaction was like😷. But I’ve camped before and it’s not that BAD. I showered/freshen up, I’ve been traveling. I leave for a few hours to explore and grab a bite. Return to watch the game and chill. As I’m watching tv I see BEDBUGS on my shorts!! 

I go to the offices and pick up the phone to have it go to voicemail. I dial all the other numbers, no answer.

Lesson here is, budget for a nicer place. 
If they are not there it’s for a reason.

Layover

Although it was right on the street, there was little traffic. The room and bathroom were small but clean. The room was too dark for my taste. The ventilation in the bathroom was very noisy. Various restaurants were nearby and easily accessible on foot. No breakfast included. The price-performance ratio was not right for me.

Helpful and kind but a little too expensive

A classic suburban motel with parking in front of the entrance door of the room (which is still very useful). Room and especially bathroom very small. Not having the possibility of breakfast the 25 euros spent per person / night are even too much. But considering the average prices of Naples it was still a good solution.

A classic American motel.

American Motel in our opinion overpriced for the quality of the offer! however clean and near Naples. unfortunately the rooms are not soundproofed in any way and the quality of sleep and came to be lacking cause noisy neighbors including the owner, who in the early morning was not concerned in speaking out loud in front of our room!

Okay, what's up?

But I want to thank the managers for their kindness, their professionalism! It's not a joy to be back at 11:00 p.m. with a cancelled ressa but the owners were more bored than we were, when they were not there for nothing.

I didn't stay because of overbooking.

This motel is the typical American motel, with the car in front of the door of the room. It's very picturesque; the rooms are really small but well maintained and the cleaning is daily with towel change. Air conditioning is mandatory because it's really wet. The staff is really available.
